Definitions
In your own words define the following terms. Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!:

Role-playing: The act of playing as a person different or similar in character as yourself. They may live in a different age, world, universe, etc. The character you play as interacts with other people, as well as his/her environment. Characters have goals, ambitions, etc. and can feel very real.
Meta-gaming: Using Out-Of-Character (OOC) information to your characters advantage, even though your character technically doesn't know the information exists. Many people find it hard to not Meta-Game
Power-emoting: Power-Emoting, also known as Power-Gaming, is when you are with another player and you force an action upon them. For example, *Brady smashes Georges brains in with his hammer*. It gives the other player no say in the fate of his character and is, unless otherewise stated by the player himself, against the rules.

In-Character Information:

Complete the following biography on your character:

Full Name: Mullraugh Fitzpatrick/Patrick Dalton
Current Age: 32
Sub-race (if any): Northerner
Past /
History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):

Mullraugh has a simple... yet complex history. He was born into a shanty old home, raised by a shanty old family, in a shanty old village up north. His father was a Soldier and his mother died when he was 4. His father, Patrick Dalton, took great pride in raising him. Every morning before his father's shifts he and his father would walk down to the pond and fish, skip rocks, and listen to his father's grand tales of the outside world. He would watch his father on guard duty wishing he could be a great soldier one day. When Mullraugh was 6, his father gave him a small steel training sword. Every day, while his father was away and he had finished his chores around the house, Mullraugh practiced with his sword. Over the years, he got very good at using a sword. When he was 16, he joined the military and was quickly pushed up the ranks.

His father died of an illness when Mullraugh was 23. Having no family, and little money, Mullraugh travelled to Arethor to enlist in the Oren Lances there. He was accepted almost immediately and was promotd to Lieutennant. Over the years of service, he had fought many battles and skirmeshes and gained a few scars and scrapes along the way. He is 32 now, and is a (insert military rank here: Maybe Captain of the guard? :D) of the Oren Lances. He's a great leader and many troops look up to him as a loyal commander. He hopes to continue to serve in the military for many years, and sees a few more battles in his future...

Ambitions for the Future: Continue to serve in the military until death or forced retirement
Personality:
Mullraugh has a short temper and is easily agitated, but is pretty forgiving and often forgets things. He's a great leader, great with a blade, and enjoys his job as a soldier.
Skills:
Great with a sword, Great leader, Strong, kinda intimidating..
Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin):
Mullraugh is 5 foot 11 inches tall, he's a large, muscular man and walks with a very slight limp. He has a short beard and scruffy hair. He's blind in his left eye and has a large scar accross it. I post this picture trusting that nobody will steal/use this skin. It's made by me for me and me only. Thank you.

Any other details you wish to share about your character:   Mullraugh hates children, he's not married and doesn't look to be any time soon.

Open-Response-Questions
Each question in this section must be answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point.
____

1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperors palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?

Answer: I shout for the guards and order them to stop the shady figure. I tell them that they can arrest him if nessecary

2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react?

Answer: I attempt to arrest the two men, if successful, I bring them to the nearest prison. If not successful, I kill them.

3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens).

Answer:
I may see something I like, but that's rare. If I don't I say that i'm sorry and leave. If I do see something I like, I set down an extremely low price, at least 30 to 50 less than I'd actually pay, he'd haggle me up to the price I'd pay and I'd purchase the item.

Please wait 24 hours before re-applying or face instant Denial

Please post your application on Minecraft Forums or face instant denial.

Maybe Review your definitions?

Before I start, I think you lacked the amount of effort needed for this application to get accepted. You need to write longer answers for each of your questions - Especially your Open Response Questions.

Why two names, you must only have 1 character when you do a white-list application on Lord of the Craft. Once accepted then you can have a new one.

Your Character Questions are too short, please answer these with a paragraph long answer. This will re-assure us that you understand your character well enough to role play with it.

Your Open Response Question need to display the role play method in them to achieve an accepted application. You need to set it out like this:

Edward looks around the Inn and notices a man tucked away in the corner. The man is wearing dark robes with a hood resting over his head. He walks across the room towards the man before calling over "Oi You! Come over here!" The man looks up towards Edward and gasps before attempting to get up and flee.

You should set out your role play that and then we will know that you can control role play with your character and also know if you have the role-playing skills to obtain a place on our server. If you can do this method with every single Open Response Questions they will be at a closer to acceptable applications standard. However do not forget to include details about your character and too make sure you stay as your character throughout the role play. Include his/her(s) strengths or weaknesses to make your role playing effective.

To be honest, considering you have been on other role play servers - I would say Lord of the Craft, is different. So I would really aim for a good application next attempt. Work on it in your 24 hours before your allowed to apply again - looking forward to see how you improve.

Good luck with your next application.

Ben~
