*Sheets of papers sit at the front entrance of Kingston, upon reading it there is big bold letters that read ‘The Salvus Tax plan’.  Upon reading into it you read the following.*

“ In addition guards will be reduced 25 Minas off their tax.  Servants of house Hightower will be reduced 15 Minas.  Labour Workers will be reduced 20 Minas off of their taxes.  This will be installed in one Elven week ( 1,9,13 ) and must be paid at that time.  If you are having trouble paying your taxes you are to seek out Lancel for an alternate option to taxes.”  - Signed with the Royal seal.

Taxes are to be collected every Eleven week (Saturday). One week of not paying taxes  then following the next week and not paying both taxes, there is a chance of being evicted from residence. Reason: Failing to pay taxes to Old Man James!(the man that should be dead)
