Full Name: Adla Bramannen

Current Age: Prir seasons (3 seasons / 21 years)

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Adla was born to Stor and Gladje Bramannen in the city of Karik. He had no brothers, as his father, Stor, died in a mining accident when he was less than a season old. His mother never remarried, and eventually lost her mind and committed suicide, devastating Adla. After his mother did this; his uncle, Vanlig Bramannen, raised him and taught him to be one of the best miners in the city of Kal'azgoth.

As he lived with his uncle he was constantly outshining his cousins. Adla's uncle began to favor Adla over his own children, and this caused a great rivalry between Adla and his cousins. Then, one day Adla wrote an absolutely beautiful poem, and his cousins were already angry enough with him; so, one day, while Adla was mining, his cousins snuck into his room and ripped his poem to pieces. Adla was enraged, and murdered one of his cousins. After this event, Adla never spoke with his cousins or uncle and eventually moved out when he was just over tveir seasons old (2 seasons/14 years). To this day, Adla still lives in the dwarven capital of Kal'azagoth.

Ambitions for the Future: Adla hopes to write something even better than his first poem, something as famous as The Fall of Kal'Urgan. Adla also hopes to possibly start his own tavern in the future, though not nearly as much as he hopes to become a famous poet.

Personality: Adla is a kind and honest dwarf, and above all wishes to maintain his honor. Adla believes that, without honor, a dwarf is as good as Ibleeses.

Skills: Adla has always had a passion for literature. He admires works such as The Fall of Kal'Urgan. Along with this passion, Adla is also a very skilled miner. He once found diamond within an hour of mining.

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?

 

Answer: Quickly head back to the surface to retrieve my diamond pickaxe, then retrace my steps back to the deposit. Once I get back, I carefully and slowly cross the bridge and collect the deposit. After I collect the deposit, I go straight to the surface and put away my new fortune so that I do not loose it.

 

2. You are sitting in the local tavern with a large pint of ale in your hand - sitting nearby you is a rather young dwarf whom is clearly going through a bad time. He is crying to himself, and clutching a small wooden hammer toy. In the other corner of the room two shady dwarves are sitting whispering to each other and pointing occasionally at the dwarf. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do?

 

 Answer: Continue drinking my ale unless the situation becomes dangerous to my or somebody else's health. If the older dwarves aren't bringing harm to anyone, I shouldn't stop drinking my ale, it's not worth the time and effort. Although, if the older dwarves do proceed to make the situation.. bloody.. then I will promptly charge the one with a dagger, and give him a good concussion. Then, after I have "handled" the older dwarves, see if the young dwarf needs any help, and assist him if he does.

 

 

3. Whilst wandering through the Dwarven Caverns you hear a voice call out to you; “Oi, ye’! C’mere n’ get ye’rself an ale!”. You spin on your heel and see a heavily bearded bar-owner looking at you -a huge grin on his face, and a mug of ale in his hand. How do you react?

 

Answer:

*Adla runs to the bar-owner*

Bar-owner: Hello there, would you like an ale?

Adla: Oh yes, I would love an ale! How much?

Bar-owner: 5 minas, please.

Adla: Alright

*Adla fumbles through pocket*

Adla: Here you go, 5 minas!

*Adla hands over 5 minas*

Bar-owner: Ah, thank you! Have a good day, sir!

Adla: You too, and thanks for the ale!

*Adla takes a gulp of the ale*

Your bio, even though it has minor changes, still contains the gist of before. If your mother committed suicide, use that to influence your character, you simply use it as a way for you to be raised by your uncle.

You cannot state that you are one of the best miners, that's something you must get in RP
