I have a question for who can issue land in the main world.

 

I Have the perfect Idea to spice up Lore, RP, and fun level in a city that is constantly fought over.

I don't think it's being given out at the moment unless it's a plot or home in a city or town. There were plans to hand out land in the future though.

As Cappy said, speak to a member of the administration about it.

 

If you plan on starting another city, you'll want to get people who will inhabit it, some lore, probable size and architecture, government, etc. You cannot simply walk up to a staff member and say, "I want to make a trade city. Can you give me this plot of land?" You need to post (or show them) all of the above that I stated. You need to keep in mind that another large city will affect economy, player placement, etc., so you need to be serious about it.

 

All technicalities aside, I wish you the best of luck. Starting a new trade city seems like fun to me. I wish I just had the time.
