An smirk overcomes him as he becomes slowly privy to his level of appointment. The count steeples his fingers and begins to speak, gesturing for his scribe to begin writing. "I thank his Imperial Majesty duly for this most gracious appointment to his privy council and I pray I may serve him and the Empire exemplarily and without error.
