Full Name: Eldaran SwiftGale

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Eldaran was a sad soal for most of his life, he was raised with a human family in Salvis after being taken from his homeland Malinor.. Being the only elf in the area he was constantly being teased for his slender stature and long pointy ears. The humiliation only continued after realizing he had no skills with a bow or blade of any kind. many time he would run off intot the woods to get away from the constant humiliation and spent many hours with himself to think. Over time he developed a connection with the forest being able to understand the tree's feelings and communicate with the animals. Once he made up his mind he finally decided to run away all together and live out the rest of his days with people who understand him and his abilities.

 

He was alone for many years in the woods and because of that he made no new friends or family and he slowly went into a deep depression wanting nothing to do with the world around him but only the forest he came to love. I hope that Eldaran finds a friend to pull him out before it's too late.. If anyone can help this poor soul please do so if you have any compassion.

Ambitions for the Future: Currently Eldaran has no goals of continuing his life but with the right motivation he will want to change the world for the better.

Personality: He doesn't talk much unless he comes to trust and love you like family. If he does you'll learn about the real Eldaran and his very up beat wild attitude that tends to always bring a smile to your face.

Skills: Very bad with a bow or blade but when it comes to the forest he always has an answer, and is quite good with a potion.

[b]1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of older elves are mocking a small elven child. How do you react?[/b]

Answer: As i'm walking, hearing the noises, after investigation and noticing the event, I hide out in a nearby bush and wait for a good time to react. I come running out of the bush just before the elves become physical and demand them to halt their actions. If they refuse I won't fight but demand the younger elf run away and i'll get to him later. If he runs off I demand one last time. If they again refuse I will simply subdue the elves by knocking them over the head with a branch and running off to aid the younger elf. I'll find him and take him to a nearby Inn, get him a room, and feed him a meal, then send him on his way with provisions.

[b]2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across a frail old man with a walking stick. He collapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading coins across the pathway. The man lies there, defenseless - what do you do?[/b]

Answer: After noticing the old man fall I quickly run to his aid getting him back to his feat and collecting his coins back to the pouch. I'll follow him to the nearest town where he can be safe and send him on his way. If he asks to pay me in return for the kindness i'll refuse because it is against my nature to accept money just for being a good person.

[b]3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your character do? (Please include:- item, haggling for prices and the discussion involved).

Answer:Eldaran being a man of nature and potion ware asks if the salesman has any ingrediants. The man says he does and shows off his items and gives a starting bid.. "200 for the lot!"

"I'm afraid that too high for me.. Does 150 ware well?"

"I can se you know what you're talking about young elf. For you i'll do 180"

"What about 160 and I buy you a round of ale?"

The salesman laughs heartily and agrees and shakes Eldaran's hand. Eldaran hands him the gold and takes the wares, putting them into a container. We walk to the tavern and I buy him a drink leaving him in good tiding.
