Forums Bugged Out...?

For about about two weeks, the forums have been looking rather odd on my computer. Anyone able to help?

Ah...I see the problem, you're using internet explorer! Sorry just needed to make that joke, I don't have the same problem when I use IE, It might be something to do with your location?

Toolbars. Try clearing cache. Maybe use a different browser *AHEM AHEM AJSNDASKDMAD CHROMENOT EI YOU PEASANT AHEM*

 

With that being said, if that doesn't work, you should probably delete system 32 and microwave your harddrive.

Edit: Clearing the cache worked. Thanks guys! I guess a FM can lock this, or what not?
