Help! The Cauldron Isnt Working!

So i really wanted to try out the new brewing system. So i got all the Hops ready and got all the ingredients and such ready, but when it came time for me to start to actually brew, i couldn't. I have right click on a cauldron full of water with my empty hand, and nothing is happening!

 

I am also left clicking... still not working...

Try left-clicking on it with the hops in your hand.

Whenever/If you were combining the barley seeds, did you shift-click the combined seed?

No, i didnt... but something did happen when i clicked it with the hops in my hand, i just didn't notice it... one of them disappeared! so i try to do the same thing with other ingredients... but nothing... so i dont know whats going on really...

You need to left-click the full cauldron with the hops (not seeds) in your hand, once per hop. You can also add extra ingredients the same way. Once you're done, left-click the cauldron with a mug to extract it.
