As you are walking along the Anthos highway, you come across a group of flyer scattered in various places along the highway, except at the toll gate. Upon closer inspection you begin to read:

 

Greetings one and all,

 

My name is Victor Shadowheart and I am selling an Iron breastplate. This piece of armour is reasonably worn down, but nothing a good blacksmith couldn't fix. The starting price for it will be 50 mina. Send me a bird with the amount you are willing to pay and check back to the notice board within Salvus to see the current price.

 

Once you finished reading, you see an extra piece of parchment to write your offer on if you so choose to and another notice as well which reads.

 

I am also selling extra bows and prices are negotiable.

It could probably take a few tough blows from a broadsword swung at full strength, but after that not a lot. ((It's about midway between yellow and red))
