TheRoyalOnion(Aris) 101 Share Posted May 3, 2013 Hello there Halflings! Sorry to spam the rp forum with another Ooc post but this needs some attention in my opinion! Lately we've had a lot of new halflings coming in and we've been trying our best to get them kitted out with a slick new burrow for their personal enjoyment. Once these new community members get their burrows they feel certain obligations to decorate and make it their own which is understandable. What's not understandable is why hallfings need massive homes. When the builders of Lenfarthing poured their hearts out into making burrows they wanted them to be cozy, fun, relaxing little places to chill and be a halfling. I don't think they had this in mind... Massive caverns Or long hallways Now, I love Bilbo's house and it's long hallways as much as the next guy but the bitter truth is, they look ugly minecraft. I've talked with a few of the elders and they agree 100% that the smaller and cozier burrows look the best suited to halfllings by far. TL;DR: Please keep your burrows on the cozy side! Halflings don't need huge burrows, they just look bad to everyone except the person who builds them. Those of you who have made massive burrows please cut them back to size and remember if a burrow is too large it might cause a cave in ! Thanks -Aris

TheRoyalOnion(Aris) 101 Author Share Posted May 3, 2013 Marco's been away, so his is explained. I suspect when he gets back he'll fix it... Not really, he's been off for quite a while and before when he was asked to change his home he said he found nothing wrong with it and that it didn't need changing. (( I gotta greatly agree with this one. Little over the top in a few. However the one that has the address 5 1/2 is adorable. )) Agreed, most of the time people do a good job of keeping their homes nice or even improving them. This post is just to remind the minority that have made huge burrows to keep it cozy.

TheRoyalOnion(Aris) 101 Author Share Posted May 3, 2013 Just make sure it doesn't get out of hand and monstrous. Use your best judgment for the home and you should be fine!
Aptrotta 162 Share Posted May 3, 2013 ((What I was trying to do. I do hope you noticed the underconstruction sign outside. Once the build is done I am sure it will look better. Its hard to make a small staircase that is circular, very hard. A staircase that goes down)) ((Also I have a question if you can get online))
