You should add things such as where you grew up and where you reside now. Little things such as places greatly benefit your application. It also might be beneficial to add your parents names and your uncles name. Your ORQ's had little dialogue in them and didn't have enough detailed actions. You really have to paint a vivid scene and act it out throughly. I suggest looking at an implemented application for a proper example; don't plagiarize. You neglected to add a minecraft account name.
