Ba needin' de land for private enterprizin', if ya ba 'avin' suc' send yan of 'em birds to inform ma, alrite? Dis ba a real gaad offer ya 'ear, not onl' will ya get coin, ya ma' gain more dependin' on the land itself!

*Returns to his notices, frowning with disappointment. He scratches his beard as he thinks, then it hits him. He pinches his beard and scribbles another note attached to the notice and begins to fillout on all the other notices, grumbling to himself about the cost of doing so.*
