Villain App Question

A few days ago, I noticed that the villain rules have been changed, in addition I have noticed that the application itself has been changed. Now, I didn't read through the entire application, but it doesn't look like a whole lot except for updating regions and such (a much needed change) have occured. If I were to submit a villain application that was made before the change, will it be denied or is it alright to keep it?

If you submitted a VA before the new rules were posted, you're okay. For the most part, the rules were just a formatting fix to make the new forums happy. We expanded a bit on other rules, to make the loop holes abused less. The app itself only really changed the regions, as you pointed out. If you feel as if your answers to anything would change, with the new regions, please update it before a VAT gets to it.
