In-Character Information:

Full Name: Zuriik Rashar.

Current Age: 2.75 seasons. (Just over 19 years of age.)
Sub-race (if any): Cavern Dwarf.

Clan (if any): N/A

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):

In Dwarven society, Zuriik had always been considered the "odd one out". When other dwarf children were learning the craft of battle, he was shut in, tinkering with all manner of metals, studying their properties. He frequently read about how to properly shape metals into various forms, because, you see, his passion lay with the forge.

It had been Zuriik's dream to become a legendary dwarven smith since the age of just over one season. His father had practised the art, shared it with his son, and yet had never perfected his craft. More often than not, the blades Zuriik's father made were simply laughed at and passed by, rather than earnestly examined and bought. This caused Zuriik's family to be a poor one, and in his effort to provide, Zuriik's father became obsessed with finding "The perfect metals". He spent more and more time in various caverns, digging delusionally, instead of interacting with his son. Zuriik's father spent 4 months looking for said "perfect metals", before getting killed in a cave-in. Zuriik was just under 2 seasons old at the time.

Zuriik, now almost 3 seasons of age, has set out from his home, looking for modest work as am apprentice blacksmith.

Ambitions for the Future: To become a legendary Dwarven smith.

Personality: Slow to warm up to others, but outgoing and merry with his close ones. Nervous in even the most inconsequential situations. Has a strong sense of justice, and acts according to what he thinks is right.
Skills: Skilled in forge work. Reads and write very well. Quite intelligent.
Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): Dark brown beard and long hair. Wears an olive green tunic under a blue cape. Has a slight build and frame, however, blacksmithing has developed the muscles in his arms.

Any other details you wish to share about your character: Thinks ale is the best thing to ever have been invented. Ever.

Open-Response-Questions

____

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?

Answer: Barely believing my eyes, I would twine multiple ropes together, loop them to stalagmites on my side of the chasm, and throw them around a stalagmite on the other side. I would fix another portion of rope around my waist and link it to the main structure, as a harness, and shimmy across using my hands.

2. You are sitting in the local tavern with a large pint of ale in your hand - sitting nearby you is a rather young dwarf whom is clearly going through a bad time. He is crying to himself, and clutching a small wooden hammer toy. In the other corner of the room two shady dwarves are sitting whispering to each other and pointing occasionally at the dwarf. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do?

Answer: Quickly standing up, using the façade of being terribly inebriated, my first course of action would be to state to the barkeep that " These wonderful people deserve another round of ale". I would then stand behind them, begin to push them to the bar, and slam their heads together. Once that is done, I would pick up the younger dwarf, and high-tail it out of the establishment. Once it seems like I've lost the shady dwarves, I would inquire as to why the younger dwarf was alone.

3. Whilst wandering through the Dwarven Caverns you hear a voice call out to you; Oi, ye’! Cmere n get yerself an ale!”. You spin on your heel and see a heavily bearded bar-owner looking at you - a huge grin on his face, and a mug of ale in his hand. How do you react?

Answer: The caverns seem to be a strange place for a bar to be located. I mean, my instincts would be to approach the barkeep, and proceed to drink the day away, but my head says otherwise. I would turn and leave, under the pretence of having important business to attend to. If the bar-owner was persistent, I would do something along the lines of swiftly fleeing, post-haste.

Next time try to expand on all of your question's answers, just to give them more detail.

Your Biography was quite short. Try to make sure you are using server lore, this will make your application a lot better and will also give you a quick learning adventure about Lord Of The Craft. Also go into detail about your character and maybe talk about a key event in his life or talk about his strengths and weaknesses  The more detail about your characters life the better as it will tell us, The Application Team that you understand your characters role on Lord Of The Craft. Server Lore can be: Language, Place names, Characters, events, etc..

Your Character Questions are too short, please answer these with a paragraph long answer. This will re-assure us that you understand your character well enough to role play with it.

Your Open Response Question need to display the role play method in them to achieve an accepted application. You need to set it out like this:

Edward looks around the Inn and notices a man tucked away in the corner. The man is wearing dark robes with a hood resting over his head. He walks across the room towards the man before calling over "Oi You! Come over here!" The man looks up towards Edward and gasps before attempting to get up and flee.

You should set out your role play like that and then we will know that you can control role play with your character and also know if you have the role-playing skills to obtain a place on our server. If you can do this method with every single Open Response Questions they will be at a closer to acceptable applications standard. However do not forget to include details about your character and too make sure you stay as your character throughout the role play. Include his/her(s) strengths or weaknesses to make your role playing effective.

Make sure you don't use 1st person and write in 3rd person, in your Open-Response-Questions!
