Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):
Yedvric Lagor was born in a small village outside of Holm. The parents did not have a lot of money so it was not easy for Yedvric being so young. He had to start working at a very young age to help the family out. His father had taught him many combat skills needed to stay alive especially when fighting orcs. He was also taught by his mother to live up to himself and to always show honor to others. He was told that whomever he decided to be it would change the world. And he wanted to change it in only positive ways. He would never dare to judge anybody by what they look like. When he was young he wasn't very accepted among other dwarves, for he was not as strong as them. This had caused him to be spend most of his time alone sitting hillsides watching nature. This frightened his mother for she thought he may have a mental illness. But this would soon prove to be a helpful characteristic of his. After all the time spent alone when he was able to teach himself many skills. He worked on his combat skills mostly. The rest of his time was spent hunting and farming. He provided most of the food growing up. His combat would be put to the test while he was hunting wild hog in the thickets of the forest near his home where he would gather lumber. He had meat set out under the branch of a tall oak tree he was camping out in. Yedvric saw a hog in the distance coming closer to the bait. As it came near Yedvric slowly got up to a crouched position ready to attack the hog with his hatchet. He had done this before and he was confidient he could do it again this time. The hog came closer until it was under Yedvric. The tree branch couldn't take the weight and snapped. Yedvric came tumbling down. The hog was frightened and became enraged at Yedvric. He got quick and began trying to climb back up the tree as fast as he could though the hog was much to fast for him. A pounding blow came to his left side as he feebly attempted to grab hold of his hatchet. He knew that if he didn't act fast than he wouldn't be showing up for the next dinner. Or any dinners for that matter. The hog's next strike was about to surface. Yedvric was light on his feet for a dwarf and quick to think. He faught back with a quick blow to the hogs torso. His aim was a little off and the hatchet came down upon the hog's right leg. Yedvric could see that the hog was struggling to walk so he took advantage of the moment and stumbled off. Regret fell upon him, for he knew it was shameful to hurt an animal without killing it. Though this regret had annoyed him he was not ashamed for running away. He may have died for he not stumbled off while he had the chance.
As he learned to fend for himself more and more he decided that it was time he moved on from his small village. One day at dinnertime while eating a small hog provided by his daily hunt, he mentioned to his mother and father that he though he was ready to move on. To explore more of the world. His mother, of course, disagreed and said it was far too dangerous for him to move on. For he had so much more to learn. On the other hand his father had sensed this conversation had been coming. For Yedvric didn't go a day without mentioning rumors about what the world outside his small village was like. Yedvric's combat skills had been proved worthy for battle to his father. He knew that this was needed, there is no saying how many wars he could be in. The love of war, especially against the hated orcs, had been passed on for generations and he knew it wasn't about to stop at his. His father agreed and helped Yedvric pack while his mother pleaded with him. At one point he almost decided that he should stay, but than he remembered one day alone on the peak of the greatest hill in there town. There was not a cloud in the sky and the sunset lit up the sky like gleaming fireworks. It was in all it's glory. Yedvric could just barely see the large settlement far off in the distance. He saw a large mage tower and wondered what it would be like to travel to a place like that. A place so rich with culture. Food fit for kings. And only the finest ale served at the local taverns. He knew form then on that he would travel the lands far and wide. His mother pleaded even further for she knew he was close to staying. But after remembering that scene on the great hillside Yedvric knew that no matter how much she pleaded it was his destiny to travel further than the forest of the lumber yard. He set out on his journey the next morning, not a tear in his eyes. He knew his father would be proud, and this mattered to Yedvric. He had learned to respect his parents great amounts. His mother was close to his father trying to hold back tears. This would be the dawning of Yedvric's new life. The next chapter in his life's book.
Ambitions for the Future: Create the great underground city of Yedvric.
Personality: Yedvric was a problem solver. He couldn't stand not to find the answer to things. The curiousity that had built up inside of him over the years didn't help. He was very respectful to others and minded his own business. When he was young he had been shunned because of his lack of muscles. This had taught him to never tease young dwarves and to accept everyone without judging them by their looks because he didn't know what they might have been through. His heart was hardened from all the hate but compassionate to others because he had grown so close to them, and understood them. He had more muscle now than more dwarves but he didn't like to pick fights, becauase he liked people to like him and to be on their good side. He tried to keep his temper down when he could and when he got into fights he almost always came out the winner because of all his training in combat. Though he always apologized to them afterwards. He also took pity on dwarves who drink their life away, though he would rather people hate him than to have them take pity on him.
Skills: Climbing mountains, has a keen eyesight, it had been said to him that he would make a great thief. Though he would never admit, he secretly agrees. Hand to hand combat is one of his mastered skills.
Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): His hair is red and he likes to grow his beard very long. His pants are of worn leather and his shirt is a very ragged blue. He has big eyebrows and elfish looking ears. One large stripe of red hair goes from his forehead, through the middle of the top of his head, and down the middle of the back of his head. He has a lighter skin tone, as most Mountain Dwarves do.

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?

Answer: I was in the local tavern when I had heard a few fellow dwarves talking about a diamond deposit in the mines of Kalos.
"Diamond deposit in Kalos you say?" I ask.
"It seems so according to the recent rumors going around." One of them says.
"Well where? Those mines stretch for miles and miles in every direction." I say to them both.
"How do you suppose I would know that? These are only rumors I hear. I don't know if these are true or just tall tails as usual." He says with some attitude in his voice.
"Well don't you know anything about where it could be? Landmarks? Certain directions to travel?" I ask frustrated.
"Well there is one thing I know, though I am not sure if this is true not" He says, "Someone had told me that it was next to a ravine with a shabby bridge as the only way to get across."
After he says that I had finished my last pint of ale and headed to the mines. It was only morning so there was much day left. Once there I had walked for hours only looking for huge ravines. There were many bridges with ores shimmering in the light of my torch on the other sides that had caught my attention. But I had found what I was looking for. After hours upon hours of searching there it was. The diamonds were shimmmering on the other side of that ravine in the light of my torch. I only had to take one look at the shabby old bridge to know that it could never hold a ale pounding dwarf like myself. It still pains me to think about it but I had no choice but to pass by this offer of great treasure.

2. You are sitting in the local tavern with a large pint of ale in your hand - sitting nearby you is a rather young dwarf whom is clearly going through a bad time. He is crying to himself, and clutching a small wooden hammer toy. In the other corner of the room two shady dwarves are sitting whispering to each other and pointing occasionally at the dwarf. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do?

Answer: As I was drinking my first pint of ale after a long day of mining I notice a small boy sitting next to me crying.
"And what is the matter now young man?" I asked the little boy.
"I broke one of the local barter's prized vases while playing with a toy father has made." The boy says while still sniffling.
"Does he know it was you who broke the vase?" I ask.
"I don't think so but father tells me that he has secret men who survey the scene to make sure nobody is stealing from the barter" the boy says in a scared voice.
"Well why don't we go find the barter and tell him about this incident. Perhaps he will let you work for him to pay off the price of the vase" I say while getting up.
I then notice two shady looking men in the corner getting up and walking towards us. One has a small dagger. He begins to approach the young dwarf. This is not the first time I have encountered someone with a dagger. I am experienced in the art of hand to hand combat and know I can protect the boy.
"What do you want dwarf!" I shout at the man with the dagger.
"That young child has broken my bosses vase and I must take him to the king to be thrown in the dungeon at once!" The man says back to me stearnly.
"I am taking this child to the barter so he can work off the damages causes" I say back to the man.
"Fine I will let you go this once, but you better choose your moves wisely next time young man! Or it will be the dungeons for you!"
I don't want to cause a scene so I tell the boy to follow me as we make our way to the barter.

3. Whilst wandering through the Dwarven Caverns you hear a voice call out to you; “Oi, ye’! C’mere n’ get ye’rself an ale!”. You spin on your heel and see a heavily bearded bar-owner looking at you - a huge grin on his face, and a mug of ale in his hand. How do you react?

Answer: It surprises me to see a dwarf this far down in the caverns who has managed to sustain enough ale to share with others. I have been wandering through these caves for quite a while and have built up a strong thirst for some ale.
"Well hello there Ulgrau! You are just the person I wanted to see after so long in the mine!" I say to the bar owner.
"Ahh Yedvric, a regular customer. How about another pint of ale to calm quench your thirst?" He says as he hands over a pint of ale.
"Well that would be quite nice after such a long day in the mine." I say while accepting his offer.
"Say, why do you stay so far away from gravel pits Yedvric? You and I both know that the roof of these caves can hold any gravel pit big or small." He says.
"That is what my father said before..." I stammered, I wasn't going to shed tears in front of the local tavern owner, "before he had died."
"I guess I had forgotten about that." He says without a hint of sorrow in his voice.
There was a moment of silence as we stand there drinking our pints of ale. Than he speaks up.
"I suppose I should be on my way back. I don't want to pass out in these caverns" He says.
We wave goodbye as he sets off back up the caverns and I get back to my usual mining.
