I'm not exactly sure, because I'm not exactly keen on getting banned again, but how long would a building in the wilds need to be unoccupied for it to be knocked down? Because honestly the Wilds is a bloody mess and filled with unused and abandoned settlements, which eat up room for new players (where they can get their feet on their server).

Leave a sign on an occupied... thing, stating you'd like to either take it over or destroy it. Leave your MC username so they can contact you. No response within a week, go wild. You can get a mod to come in and blow it up to make things easier.
