The Fort Is Lost

[Alu 16]

Spencer runs, his foe close behind. The walls were taken and the flag theirs, why were they following him? Faster and faster, zig and zag. He runs through Abresi hoping to call men to his side, drat no one! He hears their fire land all around him and runs around buildings. Spencer manages to hide in a corner, catching his breath quickly makes ready for when his enemies run  the corner. Minutes pass.

"Where in the worl-"

His head explodes in pain, he falls face first into the snow. Laughter explodes from the roof the hit had come from.

"Got you!" Shouts Vex, jumping gracefully from the roof

Spencer sits up moaning, taking the hand he offers him. Now Vex controls Fort Big White and humiliated him.

Jon Wulfe sees the fort, Empty. He grabs a miniature scaling ladder, and makes his way over the wall, smiling devilishly. He takes down the flag, replacing it with his own house's colours. 

 

"I hereby claim this fort in the name of House Wulfe!" He calls out, memories of his childhood rushing back to him as he gathers up snow for a long siege ahead of him.*
