Astrid of the Norlandic clan Vildr and Corbin af Wickwald would like to proudly announce their engagement, and wedding. The wedding will take place (OOC: 8/22/21 at 3 PM CST) in the Varhelm Hearth Temple, followed by a reception at the Ashwood Tavern. She took the reins of Courland, renaming the city, wanting to reinvent it’s image until it was taken from her by the council due to lack of citizens, as everyone feared the city for what it had become after the reign of the Staunton family. She presumed her husband dead as she took the city, marrying the Captain of the Sutican Guard, Dominic Elmoran, and became a member of the Red Faith. Alexandra lived a troubled life, she battled with depression and other things that were eating her alive internally, and she tried her hardest but made too many mistakes to come back from, so she vanished from the face of the earth. She then returned years later, half blind, wandering around the land of Almaris, before reuniting with her ex-husband and daughter briefly in Sutica before it was taken once more. She lies on her deathbed… “No one is here to see me die, and I’m glad. I hurt more people than I can count and I regret it. Everything will finally be okay, and I will no longer suffer.”, She mumbled to herself as she coughed.

i felt the need to write this post because I wanted to openly a) apologize and b) address some stuff without naming and pointing fingers because that doesn't get anyone anywhere.

Hello. My name is Bepto, Beptofide, or whatever you know me by. I'm writing this post because I've been receiving a lot hate and backlash from my moderation application. I understand peoples frustrations with me, as I've done and said immature and stupid things, but I'm also very much human and comments made do hurt. I want to talk about the different things and apologize to people publicly, so that it can be over with. Norlandic Community: I apologize to you first, as I was a problematic player when I was active here, I did and said a lot of things that were not very mature of me, and I was not the type of person I wanted to be or should have been when I was apart of this community. I know that I can't come back to this group, but I still want to apologize to this part of the community, and I hope that one day you'll forgive me. Community Team: In turns of me quitting the CT, I called the team 'toddler team', in anger towards Muffins and the other managers who in turn made me unwelcome to the point of quitting, and I lost a couple of friends due to this. I was in turn blacklisted from the team, which is now well known via the report on muffins, but I also wanted to apologize to you guys, because most of y'all are cool 🙂 World Team: A lot of things occurred by me making the mistake of dating a manager, and then joining the team, (which was a very very VERY bad idea), I know I caused some issues with things I will not bring up, and was apart of some things I should not have been involved in, but I feel the need to also apologize to you guys as well. And to the rest of the community that I have affected, I want to own up to my mistakes, but I also do not want to receive comments that are demeaning onto my character, and me as a person because I will be 100% honest, some of the comments I've been getting in dms and openly on my application, I have cried over some of them. I'm a human being that makes mistakes, no one on this server is perfect. I genuinely and whole-heatedly love this community but I feel like I'm being driven away, and not welcome anymore. I've said several times that I've wanted to give up and leave the server altogether, but I haven't yet because I still have friends here. I want to be held accountable for my actions, but I do not want to be called harsh names, or be told that 'I don't do anything right', etc. Remember that everyone behind a screen is human, and things you say can hurt them, so please watch the things that you say. Thank you for taking the time to read this post, as I have taken the time to write it. I didn't really know how to go about writing this post, but I guess this will do for now.

Quote 2: I agree with this because any other staff that did these type of things would have been immediately taken off of staff, and not been given leeway and any type of chance, which is should happen here because this isn't the first time shes done this - everyone was too afraid of her to step forwards. Quote 3: I myself as well as most of the others you did not apologize to, I want to see you apologize to EVERYONE and not pick specific people. I also realized that your post apology is almost the same as your comment on the report - minus the actual parts where you finally acknowledge that you have made errors which, you only apologized and "realized your errors" when a good portion of the community commented on the report post.

Muffins, I've heard accounts of you trashing myself and other people in dms, and vcs. Talking about how I single handedly did this is hypocrisy. Im very open with how I feel about your leadership, and I have never said anything about you that is drastic. I care about everyone I meet no matter how much I dislike them, and I only dislike you for how you have treated me before. Before that we were friends up until I felt as if you quite literally bullied me out of CT. You're not a bad person, just a bad leader when it comes to staff. I understand your dedication to the server but you need to focus on ooc things and working on yourself before you can ever take a staff position- and j know this first hand from talking to a few moderators about my attitude, etc. im very open about my mistakes and I've said before that once I realize I messed up I immediately go out of my way to fix it most times. The report was meant to bring light to things that players wanted to show you've been doing and done. the report was supposed to be private initially as most people know- but we went public with it after. It was supposed to be up for a short period of time, but it was left up because of how the responses where. I was asked to help with this report after venting in the retirement discord about how I felt about how you treated me. There is alot I want to say, and I most likely will make my own post about this situation because there have been rumors about how I threatened someone recently because they defended themselves, which are untrue. You just need to learn to work on yourself and not let your emotions bleed into your staff work, which you called yourself out on. I have no problems with you, but the way I've heard ex community team members and players talk about how you've treated them is what bothers me. I care about the players of the server more than anything because LOTC is an escape for them from their OOC problems, and being treated like absolute garbage on the place that they want to escape to is not okay, and makes them want to quit. You never apologized to me for the way you treated me, and you let your other managers say things to me in front of you. I think Telanir taking the team for now will be good for you, but I dont believe that being the community admin is the right position for you, and I am not saying you shouldn't be staff in general, but maybe a different position would be best for you. I dont want to feel like I cant say things without you getting upset over it because I'm no longer going to be hiding how I feel about this situation. I've been tiptoeing over things but this is how I feel about this situation. I do not believe you should be attacked by people but I also don't believe that you should be taking to heart things that happen on a minecraft server (which is hypocrite of me to say because I've done this way too often), but I would like an apology. You blacklisted me for leaking a CT channel to another staff member, and because I was drunk and venting about how upset I was to this said person. I understand your feelings when the report dropped initially. You also didn't remove me from community team, I quit after I felt like you were bullying me in the staff chats. As I said, I may make a post so that I can type more. I havent decided yet. (Edit) Also why haven't you commented on the countless things other players have said minus the initial report? Telanir is one of the admins that actually does respond though- hes helped me with multiple things in the past, although he doesn't run his on team as far as im aware - I feel as if he could do some good with the community team.
