Sticking to your ‘assigned’ gender is overrated anyway, it’s such a lame outdated concept used by people who don’t have the mental strength to be anything else but a label. I used to be Madeline, now i’m Summer. I like being Summer, nothing else nothing more. Just me and it feel right. The point i made by bringing him up was to show there was faults, bias and pettiness within the “professional corporation” if you cannot see the point and only focus on what an internet terrorist he is idk can’t help you on that one but he’s a victim of being slapped with a tos tag and despite efforts made to change it, it went unturned for years. Both him and Harfleur are examples that they can get a tos wrong, and the only apologetic admin on my PERSONAL record was Alex who apologized and resolved things amicably with DPM during the reversal of his tos. I can only imagine how shitty Harfleur feels after losing years of his rp items let alone time with friends n made to have a tos tag and nothing was done to make things right. The world moved on as if nothing ever happened when it did? Really irks me. I am going to say something and it isn’t a reach, but everyone knows what a TOS tag stands for, everyone knows what you are when you have that title. Can you imagine if his name ended up logged on the bot? Genuinely, why do people keep telling me that these sorts of things aren’t a big deal, we literally had people self harm over needing to make an appeal and you think they’ll get over being labeled as a pest for the last few years? Do you know how much you lose? How much has been lost. Why is there a drought on kindness and sympathy. What if the next person falsely tos’d spent months trying to clear his name just to be met with silence despite him having the facts to prove otherwise, genuinely think for a minute about a persons mental state at that moment in time. What if someone killed themselves over this? What then? does it suddenly become a big deal only after something tragic happens? All of this can go away the minute i start receiving dms from individuals saying they’ve been responded to and told to whom they can contact to help sort out their appeals, give a short explanation as to why they were banned ect. It’s really all that matters to me, is response, proactiveness, mitigation and conflict resolution. I’m not asking and never stated there should be the publication of bans with the exception of a tos, I asked that they be responded to and not left with vague statements after months of no contact.

not saying hes a good person or innocent, im saying it took years to reverse his false tos. I have no intentions of supporting or defending him from his past actions. I referred to him because the evidence used was a taken out of context screenshot given by someone who was mad at him at the time and then later tried to rescind it. They didnt investigate, the alleged victim also confirmed that he had done nothing and yet he was made to continuously suffer outside of the lotc communities the rumormill spread outside reaching as far as pvp iteration servers like int/mvndi and crusalis. I have also never said I want him back? Its not a vague post, im physically unable to call out names outside of the ones ive already mentioned because those names redacted are people who don't want drama/people investigating their business to blow things out of proportion. Out of respect, I will refrain from letting their names surface. I don't think people deserve to know the names of people who want to be anonymous, it doesn't make it a vague post. I have been as upfront and as detailed as I can be withholding some information such as identifying facts.

This post extends past my friends, if it was a selfish goalpost of mine to only benefit my friends currently banned i would’ve just dmd admins continuously, wouldn’t have made such a public statement because they make up only 4-5 of the bans, yet there are plenty of people outside of my circles who are banned without explanation. I care for them as well regardless of how they may see me or think of me, i’m not capable of bias when it comes to affairs like this, if you approach me with questions or grievances, I will see to it matters are resolved amicably even if you’re a stranger. I have always for the last 4 years known I was in a losing fight. I don’t care. It’s amazing to me how compassion, sympathy, etiquette, manners and just all around the bare minimum of decency gets thrown out the window the minute we log into our computers. Kindness is a rare commodity on the server but it should be emphasized upon, I shouldn’t have to fight people to remind them of what they should’ve learnt in grade 1. How to be nice and help other people? I am not going to shrug off someone enduring years of false harassment and make them into some sort of statistic. I am not going to shrug off owed apologizes and garbage excuses. Sorry to say but I refuse to be a bully let alone be someone who stands in the background watching someone get dogpiled upon, I will do something that’s just my nature. I care to much. Despite every single on of my friends telling me to stop, that it isn’t worth it, that this server is irrelevant and nothing matters. I’m still here, willing and ready to help. So until a standard is upheld, a new rule enforced and implemented that prohibits administration from outright ignoring players, allowing them to keep people on cgv bans for years, I think 4 years has been enough time for someone to be reflective of their actions, and so this will be my fight I guess, for them and for others. For the bare minimum. I am okay with being the unpopular opinion because those opposed aren’t the guys i’m trying to help, they’ve made up their minds and I am okay with people equating this to a non issue, I am okay with people calling it “dumbass pixel drama” becuase they didn’t have to endure being mislabeled for years, let alone be banned and given silence despite them having the opportunity to appeal?. I am still going to continue dragging myself and name through the mud gladly and willingly because I have seen firsthand the consequences of their silence, I refuse to be idle and run the risk it happens to another person. People need to be held accountable, people need to own up to responsibilities that don’t need to be written out for them, they shouldn’t need guidelines in the first place yet here we are. Everyone who is able to appeal deserves answers. Always.

Why are people disregarding what Harfleur was made to endure and making it seem so insignificant? are you ******* inept man? two years of a false TOS tag, dpm three plus or more years of a false TOS tag. These aren’t rare cases these are people who have been without a doubt wronged and all you can say is “eh rare case the system still works” what’s wrong with you that you can’t have any compassion? Genuinely, think of what you’re made to endure when every person is calling you a pedo mail, that’s what kyle went through. Genuinely. What is wrong with you. These people weren’t and aren’t banned for breaking the ******* rules, they got falsely banned by people who power trip up the ass and come up with new terms to cover up for themselves. I have literally seen with my own eyes admission to keeping players on investigation bans despite not finding anything and facts being disproven, they just want to keep them for the full 30 days out of spite? jealousy? genuinely. slorbin, i’m vague posting can u not agree w me? i do speak out on it, you guys say im crashing out everytime i speak on shit that happens on this server. :| but i still try despite 3/4 of the server saying im the worst person to be speaking about stuff like this because of (include the long villainy list i have that makes people hate me idk) preconceived assumptions put in their head by other people. I have for years fought for these people, I have fought admins for these people. In the reason why DPMs ban changed from a tos to a pcv. I actively try, even if the server hates me i still come on here, put my emotions front and center which is a lot more than can be said for the rest of the people commenting. I care for the person, I care that they don’t have labels nor accusations levied above their heads, i care that they don’t get used by admins under a false promise of an unban. I still care.

They have ruined the lives of many people, left them in silence and allowed hundreds of mcrpers to give them atrocious labels. I refuse to accept such a belief of "they deserved that silence, lotc doesnt owe them anything we are just their clients" when no, multiple people have been falsely banned, been put on investigation bans for their full length (1 month) because an admin got upset he couldn't find the evidence (cause it didnt exist) and merely wanted to punish the player in question. If we didnt have those stories I wouldn't be here, i wouldn't be spending MY time answering people like you who don't think to put themselves in the shoes of others. Tell me Navigator, would you still hold that same sentiment earlier if you were given a cgv ban, no voice to say your side of things, spent 2 years with a tos tag? I do think your comparison is pretty accurate because if someone I hated was up and coming in the corporation we're both a part of id also slander them to the point where they get fired XD. Harfleur was on a 2+ year ban pending investigation, given the tos tag on their forum account and was cgv banned for doxxing. Their investigation revealed he was innocent all this time. It took him fighting the silence despite having proof to get them to undo it. Hope this helps you see that mistakes do happen. Dpmagicians tos was also overturned and changed to a pcv after he endured years of harassment and called a pedofile. I understand where you come from, we are their clients we arent entitled to their attention or their answers. But I will die firmly on this hill that people deserve answers, even in a corporate scenario I can never envision myself ignoring someone whos just trying to understand where they went wrong. As shown by the other posts and my status's i am an EXTREMELY highly emotionally intelligent person, I lead with that perspective that I need to put players and their needs first, as I had done when I was briefly a mod. I told them as much detail as I could, do you want to know what happened during a cgv investigation? The admin at the time messaged a discord and told the users being investigated that they were going to be perma banned from lotc and were being investigated.

The point isnt publishing their ban reason to the server, it's getting enough attention towards the fact that even in private they aren't even given an opportunity to speak on their side let alone learn the reason why theyre banned god forbid they even try to ask admins privately what they did wrong and get the silent treatment but yet theyre still allowed to write an appeal? What would you appeal for if you weren't told what you did wrong. I am asking for admins to have the decency to explain to the low profile cases as well btw who are on appealable bans what they did wrong because to just keep denying an appeal, offer no insight privately is really childish and cringe atp. We're grown adults, these arent kids handling any of the reports, these are people who should be professional enough to understand.
