"Hello there, what an odd question to ask a stranger" *He responded, eyeing the man to see if he was carrying any valuables* "I've come to this city to learn a craft good sir, I am but a poor boy in need of some money or food." Depending on the answer my character my try to hustle something to eat, or if possible steal anything of value. If the man has nothing to offer he would try to lose the man as quickly as possible.
