Second question; Would having no application but instead a waver that has no invasive questions and only needs to be posted (accepted upon posting) be better than VA's? Or do you just want them gone.
The staff members need to get off their butts and actually do something instead of RP'ing all day and responding to modreqs every 2 hours. Literally dispose of any idea you get to try to made VAs happen, it should not happen. Just stop being lazy, so simple.
