((Well, technically the Dwarves are currently a republic. Democracies have the people directly in control of voting and stuff, republics have representatives like the council we have. Yes, it doesn't matter, yes this is probably pointless in the scheme of things and yes, that little detail was bugging me for some reason and I really have no idea why... :mellow: EDIT: Ugh...reading things wrong again. You said "be democratic" which is correct, not "be a democracy" which I read... I'm gonna call it a night and come back to this exquisite example of dwarven politics in the morning when I can read things correctly.))

Hmm... Well in dat case oi agree dat da group's formation was illegal though I still think their 'onarreh titles, though needin' ta be removed, were dun by legal proccess. 'oweva, da group bein' illegal makes dere titles illegal as well in my mind. Da proccess fer da titles was legal but, due to the illegality of the group, oi now agree wit' yer statement in whole, Kilgrim, not just yer solution. ((O, derp. Sorry, I'm a bit tired and read his statement wrong. For some reason I thought he was saying he was looking in from outside and forgot he was on the council at the moment when I read it.))

Maellik shrugs. "I see nothing in dese laws dat makes dem unlawful. Da dwarf friend needed could be considered Hiebe and as fer kingdom regulation, dey are regulated by da kingdom. 'iebe is allowed ta give dem a bit ov self control, dat is still regulatin' jus' without 'avin' ta deal with details. Unless ye present more evidence I see no reason fer dem ta be disbanded. By all means merge dem wit' da legion, a single army is best after all, and keep on eye on dem but do not call dem unconstitutional. Dey fit as ta what I can see." Maellik doesn't think them unlawful but is in favour of merging them with the Legion for a more effective army.))

Then there is Maellik who I have RPed as being a mix of these two types of personality and physiology. With subraces gone does that mean that Maellik likely has some sort of Grandaxe influence on his unknown mother's side?
