The same amount of detail and work goes into a successful event regardless of what side you're on. GMs are required to build lore as much as the Event Team, and from experience, the Event Team have to build up a pre-story / plotline / event beforehand too. Any player can create an Evil character. -- Hell, I'm trying to do so right now, so far it's going good. Some players just can't be bothered to go to the effort, because they are the ones wanting the fun, which is entirely understandable, I'd be the same. Then there is the makers. Who enjoy making for others. I like to think I'm one of them at least.

I, personally, feel that this is an un-needed, and patronizing addition in which only welcomes more tainted, crappy RP. We aren't a business that is fearing being sued, we are a group of people who have decided to play on the same Minecraft server. What people decide to play on, and who they play with is the limit, not what they do.

So, I've looked through all the entires and I can safely say they are all superb. But only three can get a prize, and only one can win the VIP! Without further ado, here are the winners and contributors. Bili, in first place with "The Land"! I chose this because it had such a good beat to it, which makes it very easy to make a song to. And it makes good sense and entertains the listener / reader. Well done Bili! Second, Dat Kyn with his "Horrible Elves" tune! I liked this piece, it had such a jolly rhythmn to it, that it made me like it quite a lot, well done Dat Kyn. In third place, is Wizard, with his "Tale of Flames and Forge" I chose this because it is very similar to Misty Mountains Cold, yet very unique and bold in it's own way. Well done to you Wizard. Commiserations to Kettlekorn who missed out in the top three, but well done as you had a good set of lyrics as well :) Thank you for all the contributions. This question is absurdly obvious. Of course people want more events - It is half the reason I'm never on LoTC; Because nothing ever happens that progresses. But, in saying that. According to Viper3X, our coders have decided that an event team tool is useless. So we're in a pickle.
