My thoughts is that the rulings of the city should be more 'democratic', the thieves should all have a say, but the accomplishments of said thieves will allow them to have more sway in their say.

I really recommend that you write some great Lore and better organization, because when LotC 2.0 comes out, the Guild App Team will be in effect and being one of the admins of the Guild App Team... I am going to be iron fisted. -
Got to admit, thank you for pointing out the Undead and other players antics (I am in no way pinning the tail on just that donkey) and am glad to see you are doing good as an Undead compadre!
