So, the skills system is completely gone right now? New players are going to have to learn what it means to role-play without something holding you back.

No, this is for everything and anything pertaining to the Dwarves future in 3.0. Our major goal as always is to increase Dwarven RP. Which lately, has been picking up greatly.

Denied. You cannot apply for the Kha, only the 4 main races. There is another application specifically for them if you still want to join after being accepted. Your role-play was excellent, but you are going to have to rewrite your biography as a new race, also change your Open Response Questions accordingly. I will not count this against you though, since you said to disregard. Just some pointers above.

Accepted. Great app, only one point to make. The Dark Brotherhood is now gone, but your character could have run into them while they were still running. Also, Asulon is the world not a kingdom. :)

Name of the Person who Proposed the Change: Whitebeard Change: Taxes My concerns or ideas about the Change: A server-wide tax would not promote role-play. I am the Grand Merchant of Karik, and collecting taxes is one of my main jobs. If everything just automatically comes to me, where is the fun in that? Also, it should be a nation's decision whether they tax or not.

Denied. All 3 definitions need to be present. Your role-play definition was incorrect. In biography, add some lore like accepted cities. Don't use made up major cities. Okay, he got uglier, then stronger, then smarter? This all happened while homeless eating from dumpsters? Prison for not saying excuse me? Your Open Response Questions need to be longer and more substantial. Please answer them in first person.

Denied. Please use accepted lore in your biography. Such as accepted towns. In OR, make sure your character does not power-game. It would be rather hard to take down an orc that easily who is a master of warfare.
