    Can we address the fact that people try to abuse the whole 'everyone must be ready' rule and try to stall or bullshit constantly?

      Just accuse them of metastalling after 10-15 seconds of waiting and tell them you're taking screenshots or some **** and they'll shape up

      If a player is at their keyboard, there is literally NO reason they aren't ready. Sometimes I say I need to change the song or turn on something hype so I can clutch the situation, that takes 5 seconds tops: going into spotify or youtube, finding the song and playing it. Done.
