  1. My ability to sleep is getting worse and worse...I went to sleep around 12 last night, well, not sleep, but bed. I wasn't really falling asleep while being REALLY tired and kept looking at the clock as the time passed. I stopped looking at the clock at 7:55 AM. I think I'm developing insomnia or something, but this has been happening all week long...

      Yeah, i've had similar effects, aim to play about 1 and a half hours or tv a day, better none at all, it rreally helps, the change though won't be instant, so dont expect an instant result.

      it could also just be stress or any type of emotional rise, such as excitement, worry, anxiousness, stress etc. like the new map coming out, or a kid the week before disneyland lol

      A really good tip is doing something like a quick exercise, do things you will usually do, dont force yourself to sleep, try even having a dat without gaming, gaming will keep your body stimulated and in turn, will make you unable to sleep
