  1. (( Does becoming a halfling require a race change (that costs $$$)? Halflings go under Humans as the overarching race, yet they are descendents of both Dwarves and Humans, so...yea, I'm just curious.))
  2. Hope you got my PM!

  3. (( I think Broski thinks that in return for paying quota, players get housing and such. I think they get permissions to use the facilities for their personal use, by filling the quota.))
  4. ( I thought the quota was just a tax for being able to use public facilities? Why are we being given stuff for our quotas? I thought the reward for the quota was the ability to use the facilities like the mine and farm, not housing and the like... )
  5. (( You realize that by integrating yourself into the Quota System, Karik can in return, get you surplus ores from its quotas to you. You'd be able to get a constant flow, thus granting a stable production and then having much more flexibility.))
  6. * A little note is scrawled by this Petition* I du wish tew note det de passports make people really reluctant tew visit er trade in Hanseti. I was guin' to buy a shop but wen I realized customers wuud have to pay minas just to enter de city I realized it'd be difficult tew garner traffic. I hope d'ere be a way around dis.
  7. Rotted meat has no use outside o' feedin' warhounds, so dey cuuld be of use fer de Legion. Blaze Rods naturally be needed so we can concoct poisons against our enemies.
  8. Hand it to Darain, Gimrik, Kjell. Mi' n' Skat' can also take 'im cuz de' parts o' de quota. I t'ink rotten meat n' arrows be needed? A few blaze rods wuuld be great tew.
  9. As long as it ain't another Alras you have my sign +1
  10. (( Won't just want to say that the reason our economy blows at the moment is because we lack people any incentive to even come to the Dwarven Kingdoms. We don't really lack supplies thanks to the quota-system, but discounts and "deals" can go a long way into bringing guilds together, and also can get people to come and work in Karik. If I were a random vagabond trying to figure which military to join, if I knew that I got certain perks and discounts in Karik, then naturally I'd choose Karik. Same with traders and merchants and consistency in goods along with the odd deal. We don't need to give HUGE discounts everyday, but perhaps higher up ranks could get a sort of discount for their hard work. It's better then letting the guild just mill around as it has the past few weeks, and plus if the smithing guild integrates further into the quota system we can get more done, like supply the smithing guild with ores in return for discounts ))
  11. I dun t'ink ye understand 'ow de economy wurks d'en, lad....
  12. Army quotas may be wise. We du need bonemeal fer de' lumber mill n' de farms n' arrows n' udder tuuls could be parts o' a Legion quota.
  13. *chuckles* Fine, fine. I just like green n' gold. Lovely colors. Red and Black ain't det guud t'ough, I do agree a color change be wise. Some Grey wuuld wurk cuz o' stone.
  14. Aye, I knew bout det 'un. T'ing is for some Legion members dey can't bring d'ere own minerals, specially diamond-clad warriors. I was wunderin' if ye' cuuld provide a monetary discount.
  15. As a Longbeard n' Commander o' de Legion n' High Merchant o' Karik, I be wonderin' if I cuuld secure a sort of Legion Discount fer repairs. Mi' men deserve Dwarven craftmenship, n' de cuuld always 'ave d'ere army repaired after a long battle. Du ye' t'ink y'e cuuld oblige?
  16. How come none of the commerce/merchant related jobs are on the Second Council? I'd think it'd be fair for the High Merchant to earn a spot, especially since all the other guilds get spots.
  17. Lest' de battle drags out I will not make de time o' de battle. I du not enjoy ganging up on Renatus, tis dishonorable as de gut no one but demselves n' I dun t'ink de asked fer war, but I fight fer mi' kin, mi' king n' de Legion. "Owever dis'll be a battle missed fer I. (Won't get home till 6 EST)
  18. An application to apply for slavehood will discern from who deserves to become a slave and who does not. Slavery is a serious role in the roleplay and thus must be taken seriously and an application will act as a filter in this regard.
  19. Great addition to the system of complex yet beneficial set of applications for the LotC server. A +1 from me.
  20. I NEED a Halfling Butler! The customs of a halfling has always intriuged me. Having a manservant for a halfling would be simply amazing! (My character loves having servants but has never had a halfling one. He is curious if he could have you as one? We can discuss terms later but basically you'd help him run errands and do menial tasks for him while recieving pay and housing)
  21. (( I think you do it with the NPC's/ *Fade to blacks*. Cybering is only when it's sexually explicit I think. But it'd be wise to ask anyway)
