(( Won't just want to say that the reason our economy blows at the moment is because we lack people any incentive to even come to the Dwarven Kingdoms. We don't really lack supplies thanks to the quota-system, but discounts and "deals" can go a long way into bringing guilds together, and also can get people to come and work in Karik.
If I were a random vagabond trying to figure which military to join, if I knew that I got certain perks and discounts in Karik, then naturally I'd choose Karik. Same with traders and merchants and consistency in goods along with the odd deal. We don't need to give HUGE discounts everyday, but perhaps higher up ranks could get a sort of discount for their hard work. It's better then letting the guild just mill around as it has the past few weeks, and plus if the smithing guild integrates further into the quota system we can get more done, like supply the smithing guild with ores in return for discounts ))
