    OOC: I am in need of a decently sized plot of land willing to hold a small army. I request it stays within the woods or in a snow biome somewhat hidden so it can be kept away from others. I am also going to need to be region owner as I will have to add people to the region myself as I get new members into the guild. I additionally, will be willing to pay minas for the land.
