I hope we can get this done as a real community. I don't think all of this should be thrown at the staff at once , but somethings should be done for sure.

It was like this when the server started. RP default didn't happen till Asulon. Quite honestly RP fighting allows for more power-gaming. I have seen situations where both parties were pg'ing and neither side was willing to admit it. I offered the solution to pvp and they went on with their lives.

I was there yesterday and tried claiming it for my pirate guild, GM said no because it wasn't in nation territory. So I wouldn't get your hopes up...
