*Talias pins a note among the others* Karin'ayla people of Haelun'or, I Talias would like to take up the post as tilruir’acaln and hopefully okarir'acaln when the new council is to be chosen. As many of you might know I've lived in the city for many years and protected it both as it's legate and as a citizen though tilruir’acaln is not a position where the way of the sword is a very needed skill. my life if for the silver city and it will always be so. Money have always been a great skill of mine aswell as the sword, and I seek to use my skills for the betterment of the city as best I can. Already now I've been working on systems to get the city to run better and get propper trade set up with the outsiders also a Bank system that would be a great addition to the silver city and it's wealth keeping money and belongings safe in vaults. I'd say burn them and put the ash in an urn then place that urn in a tomb so that people may come back years later and still honor thair ancestors

*Talias walks up to the once listening to nelecars speach* So Nelecar finaly got what he wanted 3 mali'aheral less in the silver city and all becuase of things that he belives to be true we never planed to kill him. Killing a mali'aheral is an act of impureity and is not for the betterment of the city we have long wished for a new okarir'sil however we wanted it to go by a piblic vote a peaceful way to handle the problem we were sick of hearing of people geting thorwn into prison for calling Nelecar by name insted of titel having people taken away for days to be interrogated we did not want to live in fear of a man who does what ever he wants while the council does nothing about it We never ploted aginst the council, we talked of a piblic vote to get an okarir replaced. we never planed to kill a council member even though it would be the easyest way we never commited treason unless it's treason to speak bad about a council member So if the mali'aheral wish to forever live in fear of a tyrant so be it I cannot change thair minds but I hope you'll see that what he does is wrong and that he is not fit for the power he possess

*Talias Looks a bit disapointed as he replys* "Oh well an other time then, van'ayla Lona" *Nods to Lona and walks on into the inn and takes a seat right beside Ellir as he calls out towards the innkeeper* "Could a have a glass of that one Ev made if you still have some, if not just give me something good."

*Talias walks towards the inn after taking his daily walk around the city right as he enters the inn he passes Lona* "Oh karin'ayla Lona I see you are leaving, sad I hoped you would join me for a glass or two."

Sythra why don't you dump Lafthi (no offence Lafthi) and find some lovely lawful dark elf insted so you can move to Haelun'or as a respected member of the city :-D

I agree it's long since we have had problems with atacks it was mostly in the start where we had people camping the city killing everyone there

All that about our pools aren't really a problem the way I see it there is nothing in it that would give ekstre work for the GM I mean it would only work for elfs and on matter if they are wood elfs or just normal elfs they can all just do /setsubrace high elf and then it would work just fine it would just be a way to RP that you turn into a sub race rather then just doing the command and pof! high elf. There would be the RP where you get accepted by the high elfs, the start when you earn trust within them, all the times you are taken to the pools to bath and drink from them and lots of other RP. I'm sorry but I just have a hard time find the bad thing about it.

There would only be one way that could be fun and that would be if we were atleast allowed to get creative mode and quickly get some building done so we don't have to start all over cause really that would just make people leave and where's the fun in that?

The problem I see is actilly just that we hate outsiders IC and also a bit OOC becuase they always come for the same to kill us or atleast cause trouble and I know it's RP and all but it just gets old when they come back over and over again to tell us we dislike people. I remember back when our walls were even worse then they are now and there wasn't as many people in Haelun'or. at times I was atacked by villians twice a day that killed us for being racists and I know that wasn't mori but it is now. Now all the villians that come to our city are (mostly) mori and yes it's fun the first 3 or 4 times but the 16. time you come yelling at our gates and taking our people it's just not fun anymore. Conflict is fun yes when it varies not when it's the smae and the same over and over again so maybe we should sit down OOC maybe in this topic and find new ways of conflict between us or maybe even team up and be ICly mean to someone else

As far as I understod it was only normal elfs that would be changed so that's an easy way to RP that you get part of a sub-race and I don't see why that's a bad thing The high elf society is very colsed yes but if you are an elf that seek to join/become the high elfs we would test you to see if you could be accepted (wich you most likely would) On this one I totaly agree, you should just play your character as you've always done with the same back story and all but slowly change to our ways and become more accepted in the commonity If they are already elfs (as they have to be for this to work) they'll just do /sup-race (or whatever the command is) and set it to high elf I can't see the probelm with the "golden pools" and as soon as they are done it'll be something I would use on surten occasions If you are of and other race and bathed in the pools we'd kill you for it, it's only for those allowed by the council and are seen as pure elfs/high elfs right now the pools are only something we talk about (because they arn't done yet) but when they are done we can hopefully allow more elfs into the city to join our RP and community and maybe even making it on to our skype group to join the OOC work to better the high elfs if we have to or find that we would like to we'll maybe send 'teachers' out to Normandor to tell people about the high elven way of thinking and working as a whole I'll also suggest that people who want to join look at the amazing guide that our dear Sporadic made we are open for people who wish to do it our way do to IC reasons as well as we want the RP to follow the high elven lore Edit: I would also like to point out that other races have been accepted within our city currently we have a mali'ker living within our walls it used to be two but one of them got banned for copying an app or something also Silith a mali'ker that was accepted by the mori is often seen in the city mostly with my because I have a lot of respect for that guy both IC and OOC he helps the high elfs every now and then and thats why we are willing to talk to him (most of the time) ofcause this also depends on who you meet at the gate cuase some of us really don't like outsiders so if you want to play with us and be respected and liked you simply have to RP with the respect we belive we deserve

Mercury199 I'm sorry to tell you that TNT can made legit on the sever by failing to smelt ores and all the diamond was probaly from mining, raids on ranatus and them killing rich people
