Guild Information
Purpose
Mainly comprised from select members of the noble House Flay, the Crimson Company was created for the express reason of providing military or protection services to clients through contract. In simpler terms, mercenaries.
Attitude Towards Others
The Crimson Company wishes to be on neutral terms with all other organizations and nations in order to maximize potential customers. As such, acts of open aggression by members of the company while not under contract is strictly forbidden, and although the mercenaries will not be particularly friendly to outsiders; outbursts and acts of violence are not to be expected.
Lifestyle
Being a member of the Crimson Company is not a full time commitment, as contracts are not always steady or guaranteed. A mercenary belonging to the company can expect a job fraught with danger, as violence is usually the service most desired.
Ranks
Officially, the Crimson Company has no ranks other than the Captain and his Lieutenant. Beyond that, as to combat favoritism and internal strife no members have any authority over their brothers in arms. In place of the lack of ranks, a system of representation is implemented. When going out on mission or otherwise, sellswords will choose among their own number to lead and speak in the groups interests for the duration of the contract, unless explicitly opposed by the Captain.

Lore and History
August Flay, one who left behind a life of crime for a life of sponsored terrorism. Following his acceptance as a Count in Renatus, Augusts’ House Flay made short work of the enemies surrounding the Kingdom. Commanded by King Godfrey to kill and pillage, August did as he was bid, in order to further his own personal gain.
Yet as the Nations holdings grew, so did August’s ambitions, and he could no longer stand idle as Godfrey reaped the benefits of his warmongering. So - in secret- in conjunction with his banner houses; August planned a rebellion to depose Godfrey and in turn become more powerful beyond his wildest dreams.He and his men donned red garbs of clothing, proclaiming a rebellion of Crimson to represent the trademark bandana worn by the rebel leader, as well as the blood that would be spilled in his name. This would be short lived, as the plot was discovered days thereafter, and August was forced to bend the knee to his King and kill his most ardent supporters.
The trust of his King gone and with men deserting, August Flay made a decision to renounce his vows to the crown, and strike off with the few men he trusted as loyal to try and follow their own path. Knowing little but war, and caring for nothing but riches, a group of sellswords was made. Still wearing their masks and armbands of blood red, the men called their collective the Crimson Company, and rallied under the prospect of an easy life of fighting and gathering wealth. Still murderous villains to the core, one can only thank their need for work and greed to a drastic drop in rampant attacks and killings in the days to come.
Having the sole purpose of killing for physical wealth, the men have little interest in the politics of Asulon, but will be willing to do anything to achieve contracts and payment.

4. Always respect employers and work to accomplish the task given to your fullest capacity
