The glitch that suffocates me whenever I sit down is really starting to annoy me -_- It keeps suffocating me then spawning me in a desert, any help to solve this?

Died 4 times by glitching from a chair in Arethor into the bottom of a desert and suffocating -_- So all my stuffs at the bottom of a desert-60 blocks down to be precise. Not a fun day

Got accepted, almost punched and broke my screen doing my victory dance.
