The Mandarin's March Opposing Faction: The Mandarin's Army and his allies Defending Faction:The Town of Seventis Name of the battle: The Mandarin's March Location: must be the specific region/biome you wish to conquer: 1. The town of Ascella Time, (at least 5 days warning): Wednesday the 4th. Terms: Best armor and weapons -No Potions -No Golden Apples -No Enchanted weapons -Nothing returned upon death -siege equipment will be used, I will talk to the GMs about this. Rewards: The town of Ascella Reasons behind this attack: * Mandarin, or to others, Wheatley Oliver sits in his farmhouse in Solace, looking down at blank letters ready to be sent out to various leaders. He takes a puff of his pipeweed that he had rolled up with some paper, places it down, and begins to write his reasons for the war against Seventis * "Seventis, I have never heard a more bone chilling word in my life. I wished not for any of this to happen, many have told me to forget and forgive, but I can not forget such an atrocity as the one that they had caused. Wasn't too long ago that they had given me the scars and burns that I carry today, and for what? Under suspicion that I was a spy? a spy for what exactly? Anyways, these brutes grabbed me as I was walking to my farmhouse in Solace, dragged me into their old capital of Seventis. As they pulled me through the streets, I saw there Lord Renati, whom I had known as the leader of Seventis. While they dragged me by, Renati mumbled something to them and continued dragging me on, he glared at me as I was pulled by my collar. As what happened next, my face was cut up with some daggers, when I did not give, nor have the information that they wanted. After much time, and much pain, they finally gave up on me. As I thought they were going to bring me out of the city, they dragged me to a bridge, poured some smelly liquid over my body. When I stared at the guards and asked what they were doing, they simply lit a fire underneath me, causing me to ignite where I stood. As I shrieked in pain, one of them kicked me into the water and down I sunk. As I sunk towards the ground, giving up on life, I saw mirage appear before me. I ignored it, but its beauty continued to attract my attention. It then began to speak, as clear as if we were face to face on ground. I stared in bizarment at this ghost like figure, she was saying to me, "Wheatley, now is not the time to give up. You must persist, in the name of Aeriel, you must go forward and bring justice to these gates. Aeriel will send her blessings to you, you must stand up and fight these demons." At that moment, a sudden rush went through my body, it was the feeling of will, the will to live. I swam outside of the Seventis walls and climbed ashore. At that moment, I knew what I must do in the name of Aeriel, I must bring Justice to these gates. * Pauses for a moment to take another puff of his pipeweed, as he puts the end into a small bowl to rest, he begins to continue writing * Do note, I do not do this for personal fame, gain, or anything showing greed in my actions. No, I do this to bring justice where justice is needed. Now that King Renati owns Ascella, we must first take back what was once pure, and remove it of its taint of evil, together. When we lay claim to Ascella, the first step I will take will be appointing a new leader, one that will lead in ways that will lead Ascella on the right path of truth and justice. As for King Renati? There will be a trial composed of the people of Ascella. If he is proven guilty, then he will be executed through the redstone chair, or through burning at the cross. If he is proven innocent, then he will be stripped of his belongings and monetary items and be given the choice to start his life a new. I ask for all nations support, or just to leave themselves out of the war. If they wish to take part, know that this is a battle for whenever evil and corruption will rule these lands, or if truth and justice will be spread throughout Asulon. I call apon all that seek truth and righteousness! There will be a great battle taking, ironically outside of the cloud temple. I talk of 'The Mandarin's March'! Those who decide to fight with us will have the blessings of Aeriel in there swords and armor, knowing that they must oppress this growing evil. Let it be known that every warrior will be entitled to a house inside of Ascella, plenty of food, and also 500 minas when we conquer Ascella in the name of Aeriel! As for guilds, if you wish to aide me and my allies in war, I ask that you send me a bird, as we will be having a meeting of war strategy in a few elven days, so I ask to send these birds quickly! You will be given a guild hall, or base if you send your men to help with the war effort! Let us prevail with Aeriel and the Aenguls at our side! * slides back into his seat and begins to take long puffs of his pipeweed, as he ponders which will succeed in this war, truth and justice, or evil and corruption? * How the spoils of war shall be divided: -Mandarin will give the title of Lord_<Blank>_Of_Ascella to whomever he deems worthy of upholding the law and peace. -All who fight will be given a home inside of Ascella, and compensation for there contribution to the war. -The loot will be divided the guilds and nations that fight with Mandarin, the Mandarin's cut will go towards the army that assisted him, as he will have no need for it. -Ascella will keep the same name. -Guilds will be given guild halls, or bases if they already have a hall.
