      So, /delevel archery lowers one archery level for each sword level you gain.

      Actually, I believe it just drains your experience from one skill into another. So, if I was putting axes into swords, and my swords was higher I wouldn't nessecerily lose levels in a 1:1 ratio.

      That's what I thought though, I may be wrong.
