Good to see you too, Hiebe. If I get back on Skype, I will likely create a new skype and re-add my contacts. My previous one had a lot of ones from the previous community I moderated and it also had some contacts from previous games I played on. Not that I don't want to remain in contact with those people, but I would just create a new skype to make sure I don't have a bunch of unread messages to answer on a daily basis. Hard to forget you Jullius.

Hi there, I'm Thu'um. Due to various circumstances involving the previous community I was involved with and my personal life, I strayed off and played other games with friends to pass the time. I am just here checking in LoTC, as a former player. I might role-play every once and a while and post on the forums. For those who don't know me, I held some staff positions and I also was involved with a very old and short nation called Seventis in Asulon. I left for another community and attained the position of GM, which eventually was sold to another set of owners -- I am rather uncertain on the details and I have not gone back because of those circumstances. I think there are certain ways to maintain a successful guild... Most of these reasons were likely discussed above, but: - An ambitious and charismatic leader. When your leader is passionate, it might transfer over to the rest of the guild. - An organized structure - Your members should be tight OOCly, and you want to make sure that if you are recruiting "new" members to the server you educate them in proper RP.
