  1. Neither the Council nor Vigil was complicit in the actions of the Vigils who attacked the Dreadlander last elven day. The elf who ordered such acts has already handed himself over to the Dreadlanders. The Silver State of Haelun'or thanks the lands of Laureh'lin for their attempt at driving a wedge between other people's to further their own goals, as well as setting their Necromantic minions against Haelun'or. No actions were condoned by Haelun'or. The elf in question will be given justice according to the Dread Lands. Thank you for your propaganda wood elves, sincerely, Haelun'or
  2. Arche, still knowing absolutely nothing about this whole ordeal, would read this note— before the other one. Wondering why the Dominion had to task its Necromancers on attacking Haelun'or.

  9. Meanwhile, The Watchman glances out across the realm hesitantly. His idle gaze pondering how John Godfrey made his way to an inaccessible land. Perhaps John Godfrey had singlehandedly learnt how to rip inter-dimensional portals to traverse the World-Coin... That'd be horrendous power-gaming, he muses... Before dismissing the thought. This must be a fictional account, he finally concludes.
  10. Meanwhile... Arche wonders how wood elves continually learn about an elf who dissolved in a pit deep below the high elven city... In acid... Where no body would be found. Meanwhile, his brother— who pays attention to details like this— would have no idea where Tahorran is. Was he missing? He would wonder.
  11. I understand sort of the reasoning, it sort of hidden for a reason, in order to keep people discovering similarly to working out to the science of the world in real life. — @mitto TBH, that's not true. To be entirely honest I wish people tried to work out how the world works IC. But no one ever PMs anyone asking if X does Y or... really anything. No one experiments. And thus, the only people who know about the world know it from the few events which float around. The reason we don't have denial reasons is we grew accustomed to telling players privately if they asked. TBH, we have all the reasons. Its not hard for us to post them publicly.
  12. The Free Elves It is because you so deigned me with a reply Fake Malin, that I will deign you with one, Fake Malin. And it is so I state to you quite plainly, that any elf can say sorry. Any elf can write two words-- any elf can claim they recant. And yet, it takes one who is more than lies and threats to take action. And it takes more than an apology for many of the affronts against elf kind for one to simply accept. Is it, dear False King, you merely apologize for each and every affront your citizens did face? Or is it you who will act to rectify this? Is it you who will rectify the elf by the name of Damai, who does Waltz into the cities of other elves claiming, and one quotes "I own you". Is it you who will rectify the State Sponsored schism of Laethis Izalith? An elf hunted by Haelun'or which you have protected, by threat of War, time and time again? Or perhaps it is you who would work to rectify that not a single dark elf does inhabit the empty city of Ebonglade. Allowing the Warhawke to be exiled despite making up the great majority of the Ashen Kin. You see dear False King, your crimes extend long beyond a simple threat. They extend so far that the King did attempt to dissolve the military of the high elves. They extend so far that the King enabled his citizens enemies, the children of Laethis, to go free. They extend to the elves of the Sirame who, without hesitation, have decreed "another genocide was necessary". They extend to celebrating he who declared a genocide-- the reviled Phaedrus. Tell me King? What will you do? I see no actions. I see only idle words of a elf who impersonates the greatness of Malin. I see the words of an elf who has recognized his wickedness, but will do nothing to rectify his crimes. For if these crimes were Malins he would rectify them, or resign so another might not make the mistakes which were his own. The memories of a race with members who live a millennium are long, I assure you dear King. These acts and the lack of repentance will be remembered for many years to come. — A True Son of Malin
  13. The Free Elves There is no shame greater than bowing to the Emperor of Man. For there is no shame greater than recognizing one as your King. To elf kind there is but one— there is Malin. Let me teach you this, fair elves. There is no shame greater than praising John Horen higher than your King. And no shame greater than naming any King other than Malin. No more will elf kind accept such advances. But fear not fair elves, those who shall no longer stand for the rule of Tristin Treasery in Dominion of Man have so risen. And no longer will they heed the words of the Mad and False King. I encourage you elves, pack your bags from Laureh’lin— abandon your already empty homes. There is nothing there for you. There will be nothing there for you— for in years to come, there will be nothing but the Plague— the plague of a state led by a man with no allegiance but the Empire of Man. No more will Malin's legacy be tainted. There will be no Dominion of Man. There will be no Forests of the False King. There will be no more tainted legacy of our kindred from the past. There will be no more corruption by the False King's heathenous worship of the Emperor of Oren. There will be no more kidnapping of she-elves in attempted forced marriages. There will be no criminals excused for their violent attacks. There will be no more babies slaughtered by the craven King. The Free Elves stand. — A True Son of Malin
  14. Meanwhile... Speaking to himself... Which of course can be heard by everyone— Arche wonders. "How do they know a letter addressed by a pen name one was written by a high elf?"
  15. We Bow to No King but Malin It is said in the days of old that the elves had one True King. One True King who did birth our race. One True King who did guide us on our path. And one True King who so wandered off once his time was complete. And when he left, the elves of lands long lost and passed did so decree: that he, the True King would remain. That he, no matter his wanderings— no matter his absence from the great forests of the elves— would so remain he who they followed with most reverence. Whose ways would be held up as a guiding torch for generations upon generations— until the last elf did breathe their final breath. There is no King of Elves but Malin. Do you not wonder, elves, why the Emerald State of Malinor had no King but a High Prince? Do you not wonder, elves, why Haelun’or does deem its ruler Sohaer? Do you not wonder, elves, why the dominion named their leader Justicar? It is for but one reason. One reason which has been defied— defied by an elf who tramples on the ways of our kind. An elf who believes that he might anoint himself with greater respect than Malin? We Serve no King but Malin.. It is this elf, so named Tristin Treasery— son of he who did attempt to exterminate our very race— who has so stooped to a level most low and detestable. It is this elf, unable to unite his race as Malin did— unable to maintain the Peace of Elven Kind due to his craven and wild ways— who so claims to be the great Uniter which Malin was. And yet— his kingdom sits in disarray. The elves of Ashen skin have all but vanished from his lands— fleeing far away to those who call themselves “Warhawke”. The elves of the trees faring little better— but a shadow of their potential many years ago. And the elves of Silver, so enraged by his acts which did little more than split their Silver Seed in two— have so rejected him. Deemed him little more than a pretender to the true name of Malin. We Bow to no King but Malin. Across the world, far past the realm of the False King, and his Imperial Masters, over the Narrow Sea— lie the lands of those who stand in defiance. The Warhawke unite, scrambling across the continent— seeking a place to forge a new home, outside of the oppressive domain of the False King. The mali’aheral stand, their bright steel blades held high— as they so prepare to defend their home— and purge the lair of the False King and his most scornable defenders. The writing lies upon the wall, free elves of the realm. The Dominion of Treasery has come to a close and his reign over elf kind— but a blink of an eye in the mind of an elf— has collapsed to all but smoke and broken promises. — A True Son of Malin

  19. "but the dimension within which all minds and thought reside." Uh... Where did you learn this? "nice change but also pls write up veil lore thx would love to see hugs <3 " Benbo intends to release it in an event, I'm told.
  20. There are many Veils. Veil is simply where one world meets another.
  21. TBH, I personally don't care he named it after himself. I really think its hard for non-LMs to write Aenguldaemon lore though... Given the lore isn't public, and no one even knows the actual reason an Aengul is an Aengul. But its an interesting take.
