He can make a clan, however it will not be under the nation of Urguan, and probably be secluded like the Doomforged. There is nothing stopping you, but people will look down upon your clan, and you will have little to no respect in the Urguan Nation. And no offence, but making a new clan spreads the role play out among the Dwarves, and can make some things difficult, but I wish you luck on forging your Clan, and hope you can get the clansmen you need to help the clan flourish, and if worse comes to worse you can probably merge with the Stormhammers. That was the main purpose of that clan.

And Azgoth isn't? Azgoth sounds more barbarian than any of the names :P
-
Also, please note that the name Azgoth has been used already in Asulon by Alras. I do not suggest using it again since we would be basically naming our city after a hold that was in Alras. It also sounds Orcish as well.
-
Think it was Holy Beard, or something. It was infront of the Dwarf City on all the signs Charles came up with it I believe.

What happen to Kal'Duron?

((Accepted)) ((However I ask that you find someone amongst the clan to be blood bonded with, and to interact with them ICly, and OOCly))
-
((I will not be able to make it at 6:30 maybe. I will either be half an hour late, or an hour late.))
-
((Looks good Kjell. I'll add it someplace on the Goldhand Clan page.))

Shakes his head once more, and turns to spit on the stone flooring. "Bah, some news tae me t'at 'e quit tae Legion. An' wot if ye shave is beard off, an' throogh 'em oot 'o Dwarven society, aye? 'E woold just go, an' attempt tae kill ye anyhoo, an' endanger ur kin. I suggest ye get 'em in bindin's once more, an' talk wit' 'em, ur someone who can talk tae 'em. I still distaste tis 'beard shavin', Kjell an' wish fer oot tae be removed. Oot solves nae anythin' fer tae Dwarves, an' just makes more petty criminals.. like tae 'famed' Mili Irongut, an' tae 'famed' Grimloth Irongut." Thoak rolls his eye for a moment, and shakes his head once more.
-
Thoak scratches the his beard for a moment, and lets out a slight chuckle under his breath at Kjell's words. "De ye nae knoo tae dishonor oot 'olds tae 'ave ye own beard shaven off? 'E may as 'ell be dead if ye wish tae shave is beard oof, an' I dunnae support ye in shavin' tae lads beard oof. I wish fer ye tae take 'im into tae cells, an' get someone tae talk wit 'em. I already tried speakin' to 'em, an' 'e was ignored an' left tae rot fer months until tae door was busted doon, an' 'e escaped. A brandin' 'o sorts shoold be in order as 'ell to mark tae lad fer 'is crimes against a councilor, an' fer woteva' else ye want." Thoak coughs slightly from the air that lingers from the Volcano that lies below the valley, and he lets loose a low grumble under his breath. "I want one 'o ye commanders, ur ye to take action fer ye legionnaires, an' t'eir discipline. Tae crimes an' dishonor tis lad makes shoold fall onto ye Kjell, an' ye high rankin' officials." Thoak folds his arms slightly as he awaits for a response from Kjell, or anyone else who wishes to speak up.

Thoak Listens to the announcement of Ore'zy and shakes his head in disapointment for a moment, then speaks "I suggest ye talk to hooeva' is leadin' tae Ironguts noo. From wot I 'eard 'Iebe 'as left tae island, an' 'ave nae been seen in years. I also suggest ye subdue tis Dwarf, an' put 'em in shackles." Thoak shakes his head once more of the thought of beard shaving, or death "I dunnae t'ink we need tae cut 'is beard off, ur chop 'is 'ead off. I suggest ye properly punish 'em throogh labor, ur a beatin'. Tae lad seems tae 'ave sense, 'e just needs tae calm doon, especially from tae battle 'o tae Syndicate, an' Teutons some years beck. I dunnae t'ink beard shavin' shoold be allowed, an' I dunnae t'ink ye shoold label 'im as a "'alfman". I t'ink ye Kjell an' ye dolts ye call commanders shoold be puttin' a better grip on ye legion lads, an' give 'em a proper beatin'. We dunnae 'ave tae go throogh all 'o tis, even if ye 'ave a bitter feel fer tae Ironguts."
-
Rubs his beard for a moment listening to the proposal "Ye shoold probably speak aboot tis wit' Skath whenever 'e comes 'roond. 'E is tae Grand Merchant, an' oots 'is job tae take care 'o stuff t'at ye ur talkin' 'boot."

Shakes his head in disappointment at the scene Skippy is creating.

((Alrighty, sorry that we couldn't roleplay much, and under better circumstances with the temp map and everything. I hope you well, and safe travels in Lotc.))

I don't understand how the second choice would work. Would GMs, and Admins play as the gods themselves, or would we just say they are real, and move on with our lives? I also don't under stand why people ICly would believe they are real. You can't physically, and mentally force ones character into thinking that they are real ICly unless the character is touched by them, or inspired to believe them. My character could just easily believe that these gods are just people and nothing more and nothing would drive my character into thinking that they are actually gods. In all, I think the 1st choice would be better. This way people can express creativity throughout LOTC, and if something happens, such as lore not being up to snuff, or just general 'garbage', it can be easily changed with what the community has created, or a nation could just convert to what is created.

The Pact Of The Stormhammer
Serf replied to Charles_Grimlie's topic in Elysium and Kalos Roleplay Archive
Glances over the several Ironguts shout for a moment, and shakes his head. "Kjell, I thooght t'at ye wanted tae Gold'ands aid in 'elpin' ye form tae Storm'ammers, nae completely merge tae Gold'ands wit' them." Thinks for a few moments at the events that took place in Dun's tavern. "I wish tae keep tae Gold'and's identity, an' keep tae Gold'ands as a clan ootself, hooeva' said ye clan on wot oot wishes tae accomplish. I misunderstood wot ye ment tae night tae pact was made." "I propose that ye gather tae Elder Clans, an' tose Clans t'at dunnae 'ave a guide, an' take 'em under ye pact, an' keep t'ose t'at 'ave a guide, an' a lad tae look up tae in a time of need tae stay under their oon identity." -
((I would suggest Dwarven character card, since it would probably cause confusion if you used your orc card.))
-
Accepted ((However, Thoak would know that you are not related to any of the Clansmen most likely and would ask that you become bloodbonded in the clan.))

=Bounty= I am in search of two one goblin that went missing in that past week during the orcish battle of this bloody island. I demand that these two 'pets' are returned to me -ALIVE- and that no harm is done to them. Description- The first one goes by the name 'Askauk'. He bares a gray harness, and under those, rags. From my memory he also had blue eyes, and light green skin. The second one goes by the name 'Cinder'. He wears purple, and black robes, and bears an orange harness. He also bares a hood that covers his face. Rewards- A crate of chicken meat, and the honor of aiding Yemekar's Pick.
-
Are you going for a Clan Lordship, or just lords in general? And why where the Goldhands left out as well if you are keeping the lords you have appointed, and what of the past councilors ranks, will they be under a lord, such as if we have someone controlling the workforce like Yemekar's Pick, would they be under a lord such as Omithiel, or someone?
-
"Aye, 'Iebe. I 'ope ye 'ave plans fer wot ye 'ill de. Tis may be ye last time sittin' in ye thrown, an' I 'ope ye 'ave tae Ironguts with ye as 'ell."
-
The 'Grand King' Thoak Goldhand, Father Of the Goldhands rallies his kin together after the rather large appearance of the Grand King. "Brothers, an' Sisters 'o tae Goldhand. I call me kin together 'boot tis 'Grand King' that 'as appeared. Dunnae be influenced by tis disgrace that calls 'imself a 'Grand King'. 'E wishes tae come beck from tae depths, an' reclaim 'is ancient title 'o 'Grand King'. Tis 'Grand King' wishes tae throo ur Kin into tae depths, an' shun us from tae rightful position 'o nobility. 'E appoints several nobles, and Clan lords tae rule tae society 'o tae Dwarves, and I can guarantee ye that tis 'ill fall in on oots self, an' that tae Urguan Nation 'ill fall in tae darkness. I wish that me kin 'o tae Gold'and stands up to tis 'Grand King', an' those who support 'em to defend tae Nation we call 'ome, an' tae stand fer tae honor 'o tae Gold'ands.
-
Looks over his workforce and keeps close eyes on everyone of them, and their actions. He watches over the crowd of Dwarves, the Legion, and the 'Grand King' himself. He then cringes as the words 'False King', and the sudden chants that come from the Dwarves are heard. "Ye come from oot 'o nae where, an' call yeself a 'Grand King'. I 'eard tales 'o ye, an' tae legend ye 'old, an' ye 'ave left us once, an' ye wish tae come beck? Nae even come beck, but claim yeself as tae old title ye once bare? Wot 'ill stop ye from disapearin' once more an' leavin' us tae fend fer urselves?"

A letter is left that is nailed into the stonework of the Clan Hall in the halls of Kal Karik before the fall of Asulon. This letter bares the seal of the Goldhands, and the signature of "Thoak Goldhand, Clan Father of the Goldhands". The note bares the writings that say. "To all my brothers, and sisters. I have came back from the long travels to the ancient fortress of the Goldhands, and now bare the weight of the clan on my shoulders. Gulroid, the past clan father has pasted the title of clan father onto I, Thoak Goldhand in hopes to bring back the glory, and honor of the clan." The note appears to stretch down a bit further than what would be expected, and more text is shown. " I, Thoak Goldhand, Clan Father of the Goldhands calls for his fellow kin to rise up, and show themselves." (Write your name below this post for an activity check, please.)
