  1. The honest solution for anyone who does more damage is either to equalize all damage again, OR, make those who do more damage attack SLOWER. I didn't realize a giant ass war-hammer had the same swing speed/strength recovery then a sword, nope, didn't realize it because that doesn't exist. It was even said in this thread, they are stronger, but slower. I didn't know a giant mass of muscle could run at the same speed of humans in PvP, AND HIT HARDER. HAHAHAAHA. Like I said, this entire concept of buffing with no disadvantage somewhere in the line is complete Powergaming.
  2. Yes, I'm obviously going to strike someone because they have plugin benefits. Haha, that was the dumbest comment I've seen. I came here so that the Tech can discuss it, not so that Orcs 'stop doing it.'
  3. You'd also be surprised on how many "kids" actually try to fight people in Roleplay. Maybe you don't understand that THERE IS A WAR GOING ON. Giving unknown benefits to the defending group isn't a problem? Ahahahaahah. Maybe you don't realize that a veteran human soldier and a regular Orc warrior are if not equal, over their own skill. This racial benefit has made ALL Orcs better. I'd have trouble fighting the good Orcs or aka the Legendary ones, but now, it's made me seem like a child versus an adult, there is no discussion about it. It is entirely unfair, which is the very definition of Powergaming, I'd say.
  4. Which battle? This buff was implemented yesterday. There was no battle. I'm talking about the war-claim battle zones. People resorted to PvP to avoid power-gaming, yes? How the hell do we avoid getting 5 shotted (with barely any CRITS) in full iron armor now? This war will be over before we know it, because now the dwarfs don't have to play smart, they have to play fast. An easy charge into the fray could result in Oren losing a war easily.
  5. Definitely, I was in the war-zone area, and a warband of Orcs and some dwarves seemingly appeared. I've resorted to avoiding any fighting with Orcs/Dwarves because I've lost to one in CHAINMAIL now. It's utter nonsense.
  6. Alright, so the word is getting out that Orcs/Dwarves have gotten a damage increase in PvP to increase the idea that....Orcs are built for war. Fine by me. However, this is not the case. A human can be built for war, maybe not as...grand as a legendary Orc but the concept of "Built for war" has become the argument point of this entire controversy. I've come to the realization, after PvPing an ORC WHO WAS IN CHAINMAIL, that any Orc with HALF A BRAIN can beat virtually ANYONE in PvP. I'd easily say I am a superb PvPer on this server, square with some of the top ones on here. This whole idea of buffing people based on what race they chose is nonsense. It's pure power-gaming. It's come to the point that you stand an extremely small chance in fights with any Orc or Dwarf, for that matter., even if say, in RP, they are a GODDAMN BABY. It makes absolutely NO LOGICAL SENSE TO BUFF ANYONE IN PVP. EVER. PvP was something people resorted to so that they avoided Powergaming, but now, PvP in itself is power-gaming.
  7. Wilcocker reads the poster. "Mmmh, nice cheap houses....House Baelish? BAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA."
  8. John Wilcocker grunts. "We beh' fighting those midgets uh? Hope their shortness is made up with tha will of a good fight."
  9. Well, basically, a bud of mine goes there an hour later due to him not being on when it first comes live, and it turns out that the mine is completely wiped of iron, and like 10 people just derping around looking for ores when there isn't anymore iron there. It's basically like: If you can get on right when the ores respawn, bam, you get your ****. Maybe if there was an ore cap you can get at a specific mine daily, it'd reduce the flaws. Basically the idea would be: You get 2-5 or so ores (If you can get that many before everyone else) at a specific mine, and you move on to another mine. It'll allow other players to get in the action somewhat, if they go to remote mines. Right now, if the ores are uncapped, people at remote mines can harvest the whole things if no one is around. Idea 2: Have a resting period. It basically makes you have to wait a small duration before mining another ore, so that others, who haven't mined one, can get one?
  10. Massive wood-chopping began, and the travelers on their ways heard the familiar chop of an ax. Something is on its way.
  11. I think it'd be great to have PvP as default for fights that mean death. It'd prevent SO many people acting like their some kind of hero and trying to fight an armed man. Countless times I've seen random ass peasants fighting back with their fists. It makes no to sense to try to fight an armored man with your fists. But if its a brawl, by all means rp it.

  13. Exactly, if you have time to make a virus, why don't you make a bot on Runescape for real money or something like that.
  14. Inventory clear them once caught, and with 3.0 coming out, it's a prime way of keeping hackers out and elevating economy, because no one will have enough money to actually buy diamonds to deflate the stocks. As-well, can we get time-frames of unbanning from hacking?
  15. Everyone who says: "They will hack again." You are wrong, you will think twice before hacking once you are banned. It's much more of a psychological effect between thinking, and actually being banned.
