OOC I am in need of a group/guild/house with role-players that are on during Australian times that engage a lot with they're members. I have found it hard to find role-play recently and I think this'll be the best way to create some. IC Lydia retrieves a parchment from her coat's pocket, she stares at the blank sheet for a while. After she finally looks away, she takes a little glass jar, containing black ink and a quill. She places all three things on the table in front of her and begins to write, "Hello, my name is Lydia. I am a young human female looking for a group to join. I have been feeling very lonely and I am struggling a lot. I am not very good at much though I can clean and cook, though I do not wish to live my life as a maid. Please, if you are willing to take someone in, consider me. - Lydia" She attaches a small painting of herself, most likely for contacting. She then walks to the Temple, placing the poster on the wall.

Max takes it off and stares at the slime ball. "Wow! Me think me like you 'lready! Are you my brother now?"

"S-s-so stay with you S-s-sala?" "But we find Papa later?" Max asks, as he stops crying and calms down a bit. Max brightens up a bit.

Max attempts to reply, though he finds it difficult between the gasps for air and the tears, "It's Papa... he... he not here! I look everywhere... me don't think he at home eever." He buries his face into his palms and then looks back to Salamandra, "Mama and Papa shout lots weecently. They took me to the Monk's Place. Then, I wost them... and now..." Max continues crying.

He tears up and sits down, picking up a large stone. the stone bounces a few times and rolls, it lands next to your foot and you look down. You see Max sitting down. He lived with his parents and his grandparents. They were not poor but you couldn't call them rich. They owned a farm, tending to it's produce carefully each day they eventually grew older. John's grandmother died when he was sixteen. A sad feeling grew over the family. The loss was heavy on them, she had been the wisest of them. They buried her under the apple trees, saddened beyond words. A decade later, John's grandfather fell into an eternal sleep and he was buried in the apple orchard too. The apples did not grow that season. Years past and the Undead began to rise. They captured towns and villages all around the area. John's family left their farm to find safety. Luckily it happened that that night, the farm fell into the bony hands of the Walking Dead. Their luck would soon fade however... The Undead were swift, swamping the small fort. Their swordsmen were cunning, their archer's arrows true. John's family ran but his mother was cut down. John's father seeing his wife dead, stopped and let the Dead take him. They did not hesitate, hacking at him. John turned, and ran. John managed to escape Aegis on the boats that left to the new lands of Asulon, just. The boats were taking the people of Aegis to escape from the Undead terror. He went mad for a while but got a grip on himself. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? John moves in, attempting to speak to the thugs. "What's going on 'ere?" he asks, slightly smiling. The first thug speaks, "This lil' feggert ain't payin' no tex!" John replies, "How much?". "Twen'ee minas." John pulls open a bag and dips his hand into it, pulling out a handful of minas. He passes it over to the two warriors. "Keep the extra." their eyes light up and they bow running off to the inn nearby. The halfling grins, thanking John many times before he runs off also to the inn... Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? "Erm, nothing sorry, I am just looking." The merchant's smile fades. John says a bit loudly, "Woah wonderful prices sir!". A small crows gathers 'round the stall and begins to trade with the merchant. John grins, walking off. Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: John shakes his head, wondering why he is looking into the chest. He turns and runs, noting to punish himself later for the crime he has committed. Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? "Hello. I am terribly lost, do you have a spare map and some provisions?" The trader nods hurrying off. He soon returns with the supplies. John pays him and begins to walk back to what seems to be the nearest road. You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: John follows the party, and joins in on the battle. He avoids killing anyone and heals the wounded soldiers. He doesn't accept the reward but instead, buries the dead bandits. The troops look on confused. They shrug and walk off back to the town. Anything else you would like to say?: Yes there is.
