      You are I believe, but if you make a new one then you have to do the whole system again, namely creating an account VA then an individual char VA.

    Going to clear things up:Adunians are not half elves, we are from a tribe of humans and a tribe of elves who become one, their children were half elves and then evolved from there. Adunians=Not Half elves
