Kinda miss VAs. People kill too freely because they OOCly know they can get away with it...I've watched people killed over bagels...

Tbh, i don't see a reason as to why that one guy got ban for the tips thing. Staff troll broadcast/tips usually a few times a month. If they don't get in trouble, then why should he?
