On your way back home, you go through a rather run-down tunnel. The walk is quiet at first, with the sound of your shoes on the stone pathway causing the most noise. From the other end, a man begins walking down the tunnel on the other end. As he nears you, he reaches into his pocket and withdraws a small knife.
"Give me your money or you're dead."
What do you do?

As you're taking your daily walk around the neighborhood/city/town, you stumble across an injured bird. Curious, you take out a napkin that you happened to have in your pocket and pick it up off the ground. Its small, beady eyes look up at you, its face expressing what appears to be disapproval. Suddenly, from the maw of the avian creature:
"You're a little *****."
What do you do next?

How are people learning to make chimeras when the creator of the lore himself hasn't been actively teaching? Is it just another self-teachable magic now?

Staff members shouldnt have egos. Those that do should be removed from their staff positions for thinking themselves better then others.

Dark beasts burst out of Chambery's sewers attacking its people. Wave after wave of foul beast will be ready to turn the town into a pile of ash.

Does blood magic even exist nowadays?

What do you see as the best method to bring change to LotC?

Transparency, transparency and, of course, transparency. I'm fine with the upper staff echelon working behind the scenes for surprising events, but matters that hold Out of Character weight, such as the possible removal of the kharajyr, should be openly brought up to the entirety of the community. Furthermore, in addition to transparency, there should be far more communication with members; for instance, rather than have lore submitters have their lore be judged, they should be openly invited to speak with LMs to make their case about their lore and discuss further matters. Right now, especially with GM and LM teams, it seems that we're putting our faith in people who are going to make decisions regardless of feedback and/ or unwilling to actually speak with members of the community. Instead of driving cooperation between the staff and the community, we're seeing superficial poles and surveys that seem to hold little to no weight. Make the community important again, as it should be currently.

We should definitely be asking the community if a large magic group should be removed... This wasn't done correctly.

I probably should have considered how much my three A.P. classes would affect my free time, especially LotC

Y'know... I would figure out how Spigot uses Java and then apply to the TT if I just wasn't so lazy.

it is a truly sad day when someone has to make a thread exactly like one you yourself made months prior in order to keep a player race from ascending to King Kong heights, only to see that other player receive credit for pointing out the flaw you initially pointed out. I want rep too!
