I still feel that the smaller groups, 'Bandits' etc, will actually rp and contribute to the server far more than the people who only come online for wars, and in that case i believe they deserve to stay. Smaller groups tend to have to be self sufficient and work hard for their armour/weapons, before going out to raid

Also a majority of the server belong to nations, and if these smaller groups who prey on weaker opponents slip up and let one go free, they will often find themselves being hunted down by a large army. so i wouldn't worry about them, as they are often extinguished soon after starting. 

people like LOTC as it provides Large scale 'war' pvp, which is closely moderated by staff against hacking etc. in my opinion it is far more enjoyable than any other style of PVP, may that be potion, Gapple, /kit pvp even other styles like factions etc. Some diehard pvp'rs do actually main on other servers and will just come online for wars

After 3 days any BA can be taken over by a new GM unless a GM "Claims" the BA, So i ask you directly Supremecy, If you are solo busy to not respond to any of my messages or appeals, Why would you claim it and tell the GM's that they have not to answer it as you will handle it. 

it is already my 2nd appeal and he is yet to reply to any of my msgs

A staff member and many players have told me that he reason it says "Upon" is because no matter what i write he will just say it isn't sufficient and leave the ban appeal. 

He says "Upon" But when i did it, did not Unban me. 

i know, But it says in the appeal. also he has refused to respond to any of my messages asking questions about the appeal.
