What I’m asking is, should my freshly made character be already known in a city/faction, by posting a forum rp under the nation’s subforum, or should I give them expierence first.

If I create a scenario on a forum post - I.E. creating a vigilante name for my character in a city of Oren – do I have to talk OOC with the leader of that nation/faction, or is it okay for me to do it without consent?

The parents offered their son to him, and the high elf accepted the son as his own. The elf's name was Nuvian. As child growing up, the son loved to play with his dragon toys, so Nuvian named him, Draco. When Draco was a teenager, his guardian decided to get him a wooden play sword. Draco loved to practice with his sword when he wasn't helping Nuvian with his alchemy experiments. Nuvian had enough money from selling drinks at a tavern he owns, for both the taxes and Draco's sword training lessons.
