I. 

THE SILVER COUNCIL – elHeial’thilln – shall comprise six members, specifically:

II. 

THE ELENSIR shall carry out their duties in accordance with the Edict of Edwyrm.

III. 

THE OKARIR’SIL shall be endowed with the following responsibilities:

i. The obligation to fulfill the role of the foremost minister of war, acting as the principal counselor on all subjects of warfare, and presiding over the Sillumir.

ii. The obligation to oversee all martial matters within the Silver State of Haelun’or, thereby safeguarding its well-being and ensuring readiness for times of conflict.

iii. The obligation to uphold and enforce the laws of the Silver State with integrity and diligence.

IV. 

THE OKARIR’SAN shall be endowed with the following responsibilities:

i. The obligation to fulfill the role of the foremost minister of diplomacy, acting as the principal counselor on all subjects of international relations, and presiding over the creation of international agreements.

ii. The obligation to preserve and cultivate positive diplomatic relations between the Silver State of Haelun’or and foreign nations worldwide. 

iii. The obligations to ensure the well-being of Haelunorian citizens traveling abroad, engaging in peaceful negotiations with foreign nations to safeguard their continued safety and security.

V. 

THE OKARIR’AKALN shall be endowed with the following responsibilities:

i. The obligation to fulfill the role of the foremost minister of finance, acting as the principal counselor on all subjects of national wealth, and presiding over the Treasury.

ii. The obligation to guarantee continuous financial stability and growth through proactive growth initiatives and meticulous management of the State coffers.

iii. The obligation to maintain comprehensive and precise records of the State coffers, encompassing both revenue and expenditure.

VI. 

THE OKARIR’LIN shall be endowed with the following responsibilities:

i. The obligation to fulfill the role of the foremost minister of residency, acting as the principal counselor on all subjects of the citizenry, and presiding over the Strewardry.

ii. The obligation to ensure timely and rightful taxation of all current citizens, and to promptly evict those who fail to comply.

ii. The obligation to approve and accommodate any ‘thill who wishes to reside within the Blessed city, provided they meet the requisite criteria.

VII. 

THE OKARIR’MAEHR shall be endowed with the following responsibilities:

i. The obligation to fulfill the role of the foremost minister of knowledge, acting as the principal counselor on all subjects of mundane and magickal information, and presiding over the Eternal Library; therein its subsidiary institutions.

ii. The obligation to establish and uphold comprehensive records of historical events, political information, practitioners of magic, and any other pertinent data deemed significant.

iii. The obligation to safeguard the welfare and integrity of the Eternal Library, ensuring its accuracy and continued relevance.

What focus-area of the Moderation Team interests you the most?

Why have you decided to apply for the Moderation Team?

With a switch in my schedule, I lacked the time to sit down and fairly review the lore on the ST, and therefore decided to leave the team; as I felt my work there was equal to null. I have less time for massive projects, and more time for fast solutions, and quickly solved issues; moderation. 

I like to be of aid, as I feel like the server always could use a hand in nearly all areas of its functions, and this can be seen with my various tenures through moderation, and more recently the ST. If I am unable to serve well on the ST, as I have been unable to do due to my schedule, then I would like to help elsewhere and that’s in my true home – the Jannies. 

I’d also like to think the moderation team could use the hand, which increases with the lack of EU-based moderation players, and find myself confident in my ability to aid and further the team as a whole.

What can you offer to the team?

I can offer former knowledge, of former teams and eras of yore, yet also the experience which lies within those various tenures. I still recall most, if not all, of the commands used on the server, and I am extremely confident in more complex plugins such as omni. I know how moderation has worked, and I am relatively comfortable with the more confrontational areas of the team, as I have been there before and – in turn – developed a thicker skin, which comes in useful when players feel like you are the one to blame. 

If you were the Mod Admin, what would you change about the server?

As I currently see the team – from an outsiders view – there are three main focuses; 

(1) Active moderation: We need to continue to seek out applicants and newer moderators - we need to call for a newer generation of moderators which can boost this lack of active moderation. We need to look more sternly on inactive moderation as these individuals aid within the overall view of the player-base. 

(2) Moderation vs Player-base: We need to ask the player-base of the issues which creates this divide. We need to reach out for answers and find them within the individuals that are affected. We cannot fix this sort of perception from the player-base without actual interaction. We need to interact. We need to ask. We need to reach out. 

(3) Moderation behavior: We need to make it a function within the overall training of the moderators to act more authoritarian and confident. We need to encourage decisiveness within our moderators and that needs to be raised within these newer moderators from the start. It will need to be an issue to discuss with the trainers of the team and the other managers on the team to find the most suitable method of training confident behavior within our moderators.

To the esteemed Pontifex of the Canon,

In profound deference, I humbly lower my head before you, 

as one bows in reverence before the divine.

The haunting specters of unwanted bloodshed, chaos, and ruin have cast a pall over our sermons, family gatherings, and nations alike. For years, the echoes of senseless violence have reverberated, and it seems the ghosts of such tumult persist unabated. Sleepless nights persist, and the cries of spilled blood seem to ascend relentlessly to the Skies of God.

When did the sanctity of peace depart from the thoughts of our Church? When did we become ensnared in the machinations of national interests? Why, in the name of all that is sacred, do we continue to deem this ongoing bloodshed as somehow justifiable?

The Scroll of Gospel, in its 7th book, line 53, imparts a timeless wisdom: 'You will know him, for with peace he gathers the sons of Horen, where the sword has divided them.' Yet, tragically, the sword continues to sow division among realms that were once united. Humanity, once standing as a singular entity, now finds itself torn asunder by the atrocity of ceaseless bloodshed.

Is this war truly justified? While the brutal usurpers who denied his late Majesty of Aaun the right to rule deserved punishment, and the religiously devious elements in the streets of Veletz faced retribution, the question persists: Does the path to peace lie in the eradication of those who seek reconciliation? Is this the virtuous course we are bound to follow?

Allow me to remind His Holiness of the core tenets that define our existence as an institution within this realm, encapsulated in the Codex Iurius Canonici Danielus Pontifex (2nd edition):

• In Book II, Title I, Chapter 4; §7, we are reminded of the duty of a cleric to foster peace and justice in accordance with the laws of the Church.

• In Book VI, Title III, Chapter 4: §5, the High Pontiff is urged to seek political unity among humanity for the promotion of virtue, utilizing all diplomatic means.

• In the same book and title, Chapter 5: §10 emphasizes that war should be a last resort when no peaceable option exists for the promotion of virtue, and §12 underscores the desirability of resolving conflicts with as few casualties as possible.

We, as the brokers of unity and peace, stand as the embodiment of these sacred principles—not as proponents of war. Thus, I earnestly implore His Holiness: Let us bring an end to this conflict now. Let us not sanctify further bloodshed. The burdens of suffering and sorrow borne by our people are weighty enough.

Hi @Aesopian

Could a group of players, perhaps through lair application or other measures implemented, create their own nomadic campsite and have that saved through this plugin? So they may - at will - move the entirety of the accepted ""lair"" build around? What would be the feasibility of this?
