Inside Brandt Barclay would be seen behind the counter, ready to give his customers conversation and good prices. Customer’s Information and Commissions: Upon talking to the yellow haired man, among his many interesting lines, he'd also appear to offer you a pamphlet, full with information and a way for commissions. Additonally, you could also see a staircase going down, with a sign reading "Work in Progress [Bookstore]"... seems like an interesting project. "Wir are still waiting on some of the goods to come from Arcas, so some of the commissions and custom weapons are still unavailable, but ich will send a bird to everyone with this pamphlet with any new informaton" Brandt would inform... seemingly he'll have many new wares to give you once his old tools come back "Oh, also wir will most likely also be opening a bookstore, so keep ein eye out fur that" he went on with a slight smirk [!] You open the pamphlet as the Barclay smither gives it to you!
