William was born to Marcus and Maria Inkstone, his father was a bookkeeper while his mother washed laundry. He has only one sibling a younger sister who was always the family rebel, though when she trudged through the door with bruises, cuts and scrapes their mother was always there to clean her up. While his sister was out exploring their village William spent his time chasing stories and myths, when he was around eight or so his father gave him a leather bound journal, and from this William learned to read and write. The small journal quickly grew to a monstrosity of paper and leather as he kept gluing in more and more pages as he wrote down near everything he even vaguely considered interesting. His parents were devote Cannonist, as such William and sister grew up saying their prayers, and going to mass.. though being children at the time they either struggled to stay awake or were wide-eyed with fear. As such William and his family are willing to go out of their way to serve the Church, and any other followers of the Cannon Faith. As with all young boys, William came of age and sought to make his own way in life. Leaving home with a kiss on the cheek from his mother and a firm handshake from his father, William set out to create adventures of his own, chasing the dream of becoming like the heroes he read and wrote about. What this adventure will be he has not a clue, though he knows that one day he will become immortalized in myth and legends... He hopes as a hero but as the old cliché goes.. "The Road to Hell is paved with the best of Intentions." (I just wanted to add this in here, I work somewhere around 80 hours a week! I will not be the most active player, so the best times for me are on the weekend (Friday evening-Saturday-Sunday) During the week I travel for work and will not have my computer there with me, though I will have my discord/email and of course the forums if somebody needs to talk to me.)
