Why is your character the way he/she is?  What has led them to a path requiring a Villain Application?:

The beginning.

Ker'vulns father died in the Fringe when he was still a teenager, which brought him much distraught. His father was a single parent, he never knew his mother and his father never spoke of her. He lived on a farm and rarely ever had contact with anyone other than his father.

After his father died he did not know what to do, he lacked basic social skills and simply did not know how to survive in society. Looking for a sense of belonging, Ker'vuln became closer to nature, since he was a farmer, naturally he knew a rough idea of how to survive of the land.

It could be said that at this point Ker'vulns humanity was lacking, but he wasn't typically insane, rather just out of touch with people.

At the age of 16 he stumbled upon a grove, the Druids grove to be precise. This is where he met his first real friend Taynuel who was a dedicant of the order. Albeit very shy, Tay's friendly and helpful personality quickly captivated Ker'vuln and the quickly became friends.

Tay spoke of the Druids and their duties of protecting nature and maintaining the balance, this spoke to Ker'vuln on a deep level. Once he had heard of all the threats to nature, he felt the sudden urge to stand up for it, since nature had always been there for him.

Ker'vuln became a dedicant under Archdruid Gi'garun. Ker'vuln never really showed it but he had great respect for him and thought of him like a father.

After a year or so, Ker'vuln was introduced to another dedicant by Tay named Isabella. Who at first sight, he fell in love with. After some time it was found that she also had feelings for them, this was the spark of a beautiful relationship.

Years passed and both Isabella and Tay had been attuned into the Druidic Order. Ker'vuln was attuned only a year after Tay. A few months after Ker was attuned he asked Isabella to marry him, which she accepted.

Rather expectantly, despite being both elves Isabella fell pregnant with twins. Both daughters, they were one of the most precious things in Ker'vulns life.

Later, Ker'vuln was introduced to Veren. The three Druids would later be known as the Rodent Bros, they were like blood brothers despite none of them being related.

Ker'vuln kept it a secret, but he secretly had a dream that he would become a Guide and even an Archdruid. Although it seemed like childish talk at the time, he decided to just focus on his family and his duties.

The turning point.

Ker'vuln started spending more time travelling and with his brothers than he did with his family, which made his wife very upset. Despite trying to consolidate the problems on many occasions it ended up spiralling into full blown arguments.

His wife was the strongest bond of love he had ever felt in his life, since his father had past. He didn't want to end up loosing her, but he knew if he just stayed it would only cause more pain for her. Ker'vuln decided then that nothing was left in life for him so he attempted to commit suicide, which was thwarted by his brother Veren.

Despite Veren and Taynuel's attempts at mending the relationship, Ker'vuln still felt a distrust and even a discontent from his family. He realized that all he did was bring them pain, so he decided to fake his death in order to move on, continue his Druidism in isolation.

After many years isolated from people, with nothing to think about but the pain he had brought people by his behaviour and personality, which was the result of being isolated as a child. It was safe to say that by isolating himself again, for maybe even longer had put him in a worse condition than before.

This isolation had caused him to gain a strong empathy for humanity and a stronger emotional bond to nature due to his practices in Druidism.

The return.

After his time in isolation, he felt that it was time to return to the Druidic Order. Which was not met with pleasant responses. Taynuel, Veren and Isabella were extremely frustrated by his actions, as they should be. They had just come to terms with the fact that such an important person in their lives had past, only to realized that he had faked it to get a 'vacation' as Veren put it.

At this time, Isabella Deathsbane (A different Isabella.) had split the Druidic Order. Former her branch circle called the Spring Circle, which at first was something that Ker'vuln thought was idiotic.

Ker'vuln in his empathy, decided that Isabella was better off without him and divorced her, or at the least; stopped having contact with her. Ker'vuln still had a love for his children, but he didn't feel that he was a good father so he decided to cut contact with them too.

Iblees' attack on the grove.

Ker'vuln was made a dedicant in the father grove of Athera, he was also attuned in that same grove, he lived there for a good part of his life. He even helped a large amount of bees conjugate on the father tree to make a massive beehive, which he held in high esteem.

Once Iblees had attacked, destroyed and corrupted the father grove however, this strong emotion bond Ker'vuln had with nature was struck. Nothing like this had ever happened to him before, not on this scale.

Ker'vuln, having strong apathy for humanity, blamed this disaster on the Druids, claiming they were weak and should have been stronger to prevent this from happening. Although, even if the Druids were stronger it could be argued that not much more could've been done.

Ker'vuln decided to leave the Order and join the Spring Circle under Isabella D.

The Emerald Forest.

Not long after the grove had been corrupted many Druids had conjugated in the Emerald Forest, where they met powerful deceased Druids such as Morek. Morek tried to convince the Druids to be nicer to each other, since they're supposed to be a family of brothers and sisters.

Ker'vuln was having none of it, he started to berate the order for their 'weakness' calling out the Archdruids, calling them incompetent. He started to preach the Spring Circle, stating that they were more in touch with nature. Morek explained the the distant relations between the Circles was a sign of weakness, though Ker'vuln still insisted that it was the rest of the orders fault.

Paranoia.

A lot of time passed and Ker'vuln was hanging around the Mother Grove of the main circle, despite feeling he was untrusted there. While he was there he saw a Druid by the name of Kefi who had been 'attacked?' none the less she had gotten skunk spray in her eyes and it was up to Ker'vuln to help her.

Ker'vuln went up to the springs and tried to wash it from her eyes which proved to be no help. Ker'vuln panicked, he had no skills in first aid or healing. This is where his insanity shined through, he came to the assumption that if her eyes were hurting, if he removed the eyes there would be no more pain.

Ker'vuln decided to cut out Kefi's eyes with a knife, he successful cut the first out but her screaming put him off and he left the scene. Ker'vuln contemplated his actions and for the a while he was paranoid if anyone would find out what he had done.

Deception of the rejoining.

In a moot, Gi'garun expressed his wishes to recombine the orders into one, which was also shared with Ker'vuln. Ker'vuln wanted the orders to rejoin so that he could become a Guide and then Archdruid like he previously dreamed of. He wanted this so he could change the fundamentals of the order to his liking.

Ker'vuln lied and deceived the order into thinking that he has the the power to bring the circles together which was always a lie. He made demands to Veren, once his brother which Veren was extremely angry with.

At this point, Ker'vuln was met with a lot of heat, being the number one suspect in the Kefi incident, his actions at the Emerald Forest and making unreasonable demands to Veren, lying about his power then lying to Isabella D. saying the Main Circle were the ones that were lying. At this point, the main Order banned Ker'vuln from the grove, being considered too mentally unstable to be around them.

At that point everything had gotten to him, he decided to ask Ramza a favour; Ker'vuln was going to cut out about eighty percent of his visible tongue, so that he would no longer be able to speak and therefore lie. Ramza complied very hesitantly, trying to talking him out of it, because it was insane of him. What d'you know.

Once all of this had happened and dealt with, Gi'garun, who had trusted Ker'vuln to help bring together the Circles confronted him. Ker'vuln confessed to all his lies to him through his Druidic Communion. To which Gi'garun exclaimed that Ker'vuln was a disappointment. Ker'vuln thinking of Gi'garun highly, this hurt him a lot.

Ker'vuln decided to abandon the Spring and the rest of the Druids, he constantly lives in hiding under the paranoia that if he is found the Druids will attempt to unattune him.

What are his/her motives?  What do you plan to gain from this?:

Ker'vulns motives are solely for nature as it stands, he is willing to go to extreme methods for the greater good of nature, even if that means putting down his brothers and sisters. He lost his father, his wife and his two brothers. He also lost the trust of the whole order. He no longer has any ties to humanity and lives solely for nature.

I plan to gain a more profound level or RP. Ker'vuln is like the crazy man on the streets, it's very eye opening how he continues to develop. I would love to continue down this path.

What moral boundaries does your character have, if any?:

He would never hurt nature, he would never needlessly slaughter an animal or cut down a tree. He still strives to maintain the balance of nature as a Druid. The only exception is humans, his empathy towards them has caused him yo feel to emotions towards them.

What general kind of Villain will you be? (Bandit, Pirate, Raider, Madman, Cultist, Antihero, Destroyer Of Worlds, etc etc…):

Madman.

Open Response - Answer at least two of the open ended scenarios below. Do not powergame, metagame, or do anything else rulebreaking or unrealistic. Each scenario is designed with no particular objective in mind and is open ended deliberately. Assume your character is in each position, regardless of their normal situations:

-An elderly man with a walking stick(possibly a staff), a middle aged woman in a flowing dress, and a teenage boy with a sword hanging on his belt are walking down the road, with no others in sight that you can tell...

Ker'vuln walks down the road, his big green rags covering his whole boy. His hood his up and his head is down, hiding his identity from those who are passing by in fear that he will be recognised.

"Hey!" The calls to Ker'vuln attempting to ask for directions. Ker'vuln tenses up, feeling that he's been discovered his jolts away away from them, out of sight.

The three look out in confusion. "What was that all about?" The teenage boy enquires.

-You are about to head out of your house when someone starts pounding on your door frantically.  You open the door to see a human woman, dress half torn, a gash across her cheek bleeding, fear in her eyes as she begs you for help. Someone has just attacked her and her sister, killing the sister, and the girl barely getting away and losing him...

Ker'vuln would shake his head pointing in another direction from the door the doorway. He closes the door in her face.

She would bang on the door "Please! I need your help, please!"

Ker'vuln would simply ignore her cries, going to make himself some tea.

The woman would stay outside pleading for ages, after a while she would leave, realising that Ker'vuln would not help.

-There is a knocking on your door, and when you open it there is an angry-looking man standing there, and a Olog standing behind him, eyeing you coldly.  The man tells you that you owe 1000 minas in taxes to the local Royals, and had best pay up...

Would simply nod, opening the door wide to let them in. The angry man would step in scowling at Ker'vuln, the Olog leaning down a lot would just about fit into the room, albeit hunched over a lot.

"Where is my money?!" The man states.

Ker'vuln not sure why he needs to pay money thinks for a moment. He snaps his finger and hold up up index finger palm outwards towards the man, as if to state to wait one moment. Ker'vuln would hurry out of the room, letting the two wait in the main room.

Ker'vuln, having a strong relation with nature would explain why his house would be filled to the bring with plant and animal life. Vines over the walls, shrubs, foxes, you name it. Ker'vuln also being very attuned to nature, would be able to contact and speak with them, without having to use his voice.

Ker'vuln would sit in a meditative position on the floor from the other room, trying to maintain a strong focus. From that room we would request the vines to slowly wrap themselves around the two.

"What the ****!" The man exclaims at the seemingly living fauna that is trapping him. He tries to kick and rip off the vines which only seem to multiple and encase him further. "What is this?!"

The Olog would attempt desperately to smash the vines, ending up smashing his own ankles in his slumped over stupidity.

Ker'vuln, still in a meditative position in the other room moves his focus towards a swarm of wasps. He requests them to go over and sting the two relentlessly, which they comply. Roughly about ten wasps each attack the two, stinging them mercilessly, undirected.

The man would scream, swatting his hands around trying to get the away. "Help!" He would scream, to no avail. He would stumble and fall, trying to back away, the vines only working to prevent this.

The Olog would also fall, however in his slumped stance he would fall forwards landing straight on his forehead.

On the floor, the two would be able to rip off the vines, since Ker'vuln had taken his focus from them. The man would quickly spring to his feat and run to the door. Ker'vuln, not trying to contest this allows him to almost rip open the door and bolt out.

The Olog would crawl his way towards the door, also chasing behind him.

Ker'vuln would remain in his position for a time, after a while he would relax himself, having used his gifts quite haphazardly. He rests for a moment, before standing up. He grabs something close to his for stability, still a bit shaky.

He looks around, beginning to collect his valuables, which are few. Knowing that if he remained here he would most likely be discovered. Not sticking to find out who by, Ker'vuln packs up his stuff and departs.
