Prides

A Kharajyr pride is formed by a (usually wealthy) Kha’ to create a bond between their fellow Kharajyr, and have their pride grow powerful within the empire, gaining the Tlatlanni’s favour. As Kharajyr do not have hold a family name, this is the closest a Kha’ may ever get to one.

A pride will be ran how the pride leader deems it fit, they are able to create their own ranking structure and rules as long as they abide by their empire’s laws in doing so. As a pride leader, you are expected to keep your members active and busy amongst the empire, while of occasionally rewarding them for staying loyal to the pride.

Any Kha’ may create a pride, however this does not permit them the excuse to allow their fellow pride members to work for them. All Kha’ are expected to remain working unless an Aelkos of the Tlatlanni himself. If a pride leader is in fact abusing their power, then the Tlatlanni may deem it fit to either remove them of their position or disband the pride all together.

Each pride will have their pride’s name carved into a solid block of gold within the palace, yet as a token of faith and hard work, this gold must be supplied by the pride themselves. The official ceremony of pride birth consists of nothing more than a cake-filled celebration under the stars later that same day.

Pride rules:

1. A pride may only be formed after at least 5 members are ready and willing to become active within it.

2. A pride leader to-be must have permission from the Tlatlanni himself in order to start a pride.

3. A pride must stay loyal to the Tlatlanni, and always put the Tlatlanni and his people above everything else, including the pride of which you are situated.

4. A pride must have a large dwelling prepared to act as the meeting place and/or living area to members of the pride until they find their own home - although moving from this dwelling isn’t compulsory.

5. A pride leader must be prepared and ready to join in council meetings with the Tlatlanni and the Aelkos.

6. A pride may only recruit Kharajyr unless given special permission.

OOC

1. A pride may only be formed after at least 5 members are ready and willing to become active within it.

2. A pride leader to-be must have OOC permission from Geoboy66 in order to start a pride.

3. A pride must remain active as Kharajyr, and generate as much roleplay as possible through their activities and events.
